Heavy set fellow unfortunately I didn't get his name was for lack of a better word an ass tried to return an item with a receipt and was offered a merchandise card I didn't pay with a merchandise card I don't want a merchandise card contacted customer service was directed to regional office and a week later still no response I won't be visiting that store again probably used advanced auto from now on

What a circus! All is well when the big guy manager is there that's been there for years. Whenever he's gone the place is a circus. Didn't have parts I ordered when they told me they were there. The one employee with the zipped up hoodie covering up his name tag was treating customers like crap and texting on his phone.
The lady that I asked about my parts and when they might be in said "I have no clue." I know that's right!
Long time regular customer but won't be back. Too many other places to go that at least have their act part way together and aren't rude to their customers.

I really liked the 2 employees I dealt with, one over the phone 1st then when I got to the store a couple minutes later her as well as a gentleman. I was looking for a part for my friends' car & found it, had to order it but it was going to only take a day to get there, so I paid for it - it arrived Mon Jan 1st, but they sent the wrong part! My friend just got the cash back, oh well.. so it wasn't that locations' employees' fault...those two AutoZone employees have been the nicest AutoZone employees I've ever encountered!

I am handicapped. The people at the store opened the door for me before I got there. they were very thoughtful and professional. The young lady who was working there at the time got me a chair to sit in while they got the supplies I needed. The customer service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend and would definitely be going back there again.
