My husband and I have taken both of our cars to Beaty. They have been kind, honest, and fair each time and our vehicles were perfect after the repairs. I even had a miscommunication and they called immediately to set the record straight. I truly appreciated that extra time.

Let me just say that ive been to my fair share of mechanics, and this place tops it. Beatys is the place you can safely recommend to your family members and they're getting a good price and quality care. They'll tell you what's wrong with your vehicle and do everything they can to make it right. They're fast too ! We've been several times and will be going for all of our future needs

I took my car here after an intermittent issue with a reoccurring code. A local dealership wanted to pull the engine without completing a proper diagnosis, but Kent worked tirelessly to find the problem and wound up saving me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. I am now a returning customer for regular maintenance due to their honesty and transparency.

Wasted my time just to be troublesome. I called ahead of time asking if they could fix my AC today, they said they would if I hurried ASAP because it will take them at least a couple hours. Only to tell me after I arrive that they couldn't possibly have done it in one day and I'd have to leave it there for them to service another day. Sure, I'll just leave my car there and walk back home after you close up, that makes sense. Way more sense than telling me over the phone a truthful response to what I asked.

Not gonna lie have went to this shop 4 times giving them more than enough money. I take my truck in for brakes and a couple more things after a minor accident and the guy knows what position I’m in as a father. He said my payment arrangements were fine but when I had called to actually finish the payment and pick it up. He was beyond rude telling me the money I’ve already paid them is a storage fee and that’s I need to pick it up. How is this the case when I’ve spent well over 2 grand at this shop to be treated like this when I’ve had trust in this shop. And telling me my money I had paid you for work done to my truck is a storage fee is a joke. This shop is nothing but half full and rude I’d leave a negative review but I can’t so please please if you can find a place better do. Also charged me for parts that didn’t need replaced and only did half an oil change on my wife’s car when I took it here. Being a loyal customer goes so far ig.

They were polite and quick however they charged me almost 700 to change a water pump and 100 of that was for a 1.5 mile tow. All that knowing that I was already in a bad situation because my baby is disabled on a Trach and ventilator and I've been out of work for almost a year because of it down to just my wife's income. It was 635.00 for a 50 dollar part or 100 as they stated because they don't buy water pumps from AutoZone even though most parts have the same manufacturer. Anyways, He initially he tried to give the second quote as 765.00 and I said but you told me 500 on the phone plus tow and he said let me see what I can do finally bringing it down to 635.00. At this point they knew we were desperate because my baby has a surgery in 2 days so we were pretty much going to pay whatever after being quoted 500 before I had it towed there but once it was there, it was there and I'm not going to keep paying to have it towed instead of fixed. I can do them myself and have several times in the past but because I am my daughter's primary caregiver I can't spend that kind of time outside while my wife is at work in case of emergency. 635.00 for a water pump, belt, antifreeze, and 1.5 hours of labor just seems high for almost any vehicle but it definitely took us for about everything we had. I will say they were polite and they had the car done pretty quick but that just seems high for a water pump and pretty short labor time. When I broke it down it came out to about 167.50 per hour.

I've been taking my car here for a year to get random things fixed on it. I won't take it anywhere else after the customer service I've received each time. They are always very kind and helpful. If you're looking for an honest and fast mechanic I'd highly suggest beatys auto!
