Boost has the worst customer service nothing but bad has come from this company. I don't recommend anyone to boost. Definitely will continue to bad mouth boost with truthful facts to everyone to make no one else has to deal with these people

If I could rate it any lower I could. A very rude employee kicked two different groups of people out of the parking lot even though they don’t own it. When confronted, was very rude and adamant about his boss not wanting them to be there even though there was no affiliation with boost. Would not recommend doing service with them/affiliating with them.

I cannot believe what boost Mobile did to me I went in there they told me that I would buy a tablet and that the government would take care of the tablet for years or lifetime and just the month later I received a bill or a text on my phone saying that I had to pay $30 a month for my for my tablet that wasn't the deal that I was sold and now they're trying to charge me 30 bucks that's crazy ought to take it to the court I hate boost Mobile I'll never go there again

This spot has the best deals got a new phone for free when I was tired of getting jerked around but my previous carrier.....I came here and Sean gave me a deal I couldn't refuse, the guys here have great customer service and are quite pleasant to be around
