The inaugural visit here did not go as planned, which I fault the previous day experience my dog endured at another vet which I won't get into here. This is about how patient and kind Broadway Veterinary Care is after all.My dog exhibited a level of aggression she has never shown in her life! The very patient vet worked with her best he could and even sustained an injury in the process of trying to muzzle her. In spite of all of the mayhem, the veterinarian remained to patient and kind. That speaks volumes to the good nature and love of animals you can expect from this wonderful place.I will be muzzle training and familiarizing my dog with wearing one and would be 100 percent confident in the treatment and care this facility can provide.

Very good with our hyper dogs. Also, they spent time looking for the answers we needed. We had been other places, even animal emergency medicine, with no definite answers--only a few ideas of what it could be. Now we know and our dogs are being treated. Thankful for this clinic. Thank you from the parents of Lucy-Lu & Maizey-Mae!

Been going here for years, he is an amazing vet. He definitely takes his time to make sure you understand anything that is going on with your pet. Very reasonable prices. He isn’t out to charge an arm and leg. He is out to make sure your pet has an amazing quality of life.

I deleted my previous 1 star review due to lies by the owner as a response. Lie about me again and I will sue you.

Doc, was very through and took the time to go over every symptom I thought my little girl was having and explain to me what the real symptom was that she was experiencing and the different meanings. He also explained to me about a miss diagnosis I was given for my little one and how if it was really that issue how quickly it would resolve with the solution I was provided by the previous clinic. He spent quality time with us in doing so. Unlike other offices to where they are in for 5/10 minutes give a plausible diagnosis and out of the room they go and had you a large invoice. This is not the case here.I also took the time to read some of these other reviews and noticed how ridiculous some people can be. And google should not allow individuals to write a review on a business unless they provide substanciated proof that they have indeed been there and received service. I work in IT and I see several fake accounts that appear to have been created by the same user just to impact ratings. Also people if you haven't received services and have just tried to call or are working through a 3rd party you should take the time to do your homework and visit the location in person and find out what that businesses policies are and true hours of operation. Google does not always update hours of operation correctly or properly post policies. They do a default for all sites and businesses and if they are not paid by that business to update certain items or properly setup there analytics. So what I'm trying to say here is don't miss out on a great Doctor for your furbaby because of your own ignorance.

Best vet ever. Anyone that says different is clueless. The ladies at the desk are nice and friendly to me and all my pets. I’ve seen them be so busy and can’t answer the phone. Completely understandable, that happens at my job too. They all are so nice to my cats and they made it clear, they all care about what they do! I’ll take every pet of mine here always! and I appreciate their kindness and care. ❤️

Absolutely love this vet. He's straight forward. We got our 2 boy cats their vaccines sadly a few weeks later one of the boys passed we don't know what happened he was fine the day before. I don't think it was anything the vet did tho. But the other boy will be getting fixed this Friday. I've asked a few times how much the cost will be when I've called to get an estimate, but they say they'll ask, then they hang up so the only upsetting thing is I don't get an answer on the price of the neuter. But overall still love this vet.

I could have been a new client but nobody wants to answer the phone. Thankfully, I then took time to read the reviews here. This guy Dr. Lame is unbelievable, I can currently smell his ego coming through my phone. Not only that from what I can tell is he can't be wrong about anything and he's like he's the real life Data Rescue software pulling anything up from the past.. They are all backwards here and I can tell without stepping foot inside. Bet my paycheck he's an Eagles fan.

Only on here today cause I was checking hrs to make an appointment. ?. You just have to experience the place for yourself and you’ll see how this Dr cares for the animals

I’m perplexed by the poor reviews here. Aside from the revenge reviews of disgruntled former employees (which is childish & petty), I can’t fathom why anyone would be so hateful. I have to wonder if their perceptions are clouded by grief &/or guilt over their mistakes, lack of action, failure to follow directions/advice, etc. Please don’t allow these individuals to rob you, & more importantly your pets, of the opportunity to be cared for by such a kind, caring, attentive, & compassionate vet as Dr. Lane. I have taken my Yorkie to Dr. Lane for years & began taking each new cat that’s adopted me to him as well. I love the relationship he has with each of his patients & their pet parents. He’s incredibly knowledgeable & explains things clearly while being very patient & attentive to any & all questions I may have (he’s even anticipated some prior to my needing to ask). I enjoy the silly banter we have when I’m there for an appointment with one of my fur-babies or if I have stopped by to get something &/or ask a question between visits. The staff are also very friendly, helpful, & easy to talk to. Thank you all so much for caring for my fur family as much as I do!

Dr lane had been out vet for a long time. Unfortunately over the last year he had seemed less concerned with his practice. We had taken our dog there in June with concerns about a knot, only to be told it was nothing. We took him again a few months later with concerns because the knot had grew. Again was told it was nothing to be concerned about. When grizz( our dog) started acting different, again we took him in. Our boy wasn’t eating, sleeping and in general not acting right. Again we asked if it could be cancer, was told no. I had tried calling his office to speak with dr lane and was told by his office help he wouldn’t come to the phone. She was very rude. On November 14th we took our boy to the emergency clinic. The vet checked grizz out , ran some tests. Came back and told us our boy had a large malignant mass, high fever and was in a lot of pain. We said goodbye to our boy that day. I’m not saying dr lane could have stopped the cancer, but he could have taken our concerns serious. He could have prescribed medication to help with the pain, or maybe did something earlier on to prolong his life. I will never take our fur babies there or recommend him. I hope you take the next client with concerns serious.
