September 12 I was slammed into at a red light. Had my car taken to caliber in anderson. My insurance should’ve totaled out my car with how much bodywork was needed! They had my car for 6 weeks and kept me updated weekly on repairs.
Finally had it done but had a few issues with the trunk and the engine area! They addressed those promptly and got the trunk back to normal.
However the engine sounds never got better. I have called every week for 3 weeks with the same issue. They were prompt in getting me in to see what’s wrong.
Went to pick it up yesterday and it’s till having issues!
They are taking it to a dealership!
I truly don’t believe all of these issues are the fault of the technician.
My claim from insurance never should’ve been closed out before the work was all completed and done.
Insurance should’ve totaled my car out.
But here we are 2 months to the day after a wreck and I’m still in a rental car!
It’s been a night mare
So far, everyone at caliber has been helpful and I think at this point we all just want my car fixed!

This place had my car for over 4 months. They did not do the work correctly. Very poor quality. The engine didn't work correctly the body work was not right. They took forever to get the job done and just gave me excuses as to why. These people are so incompetent avoid them at all costs.

I had my car sent for an inspection for strange noise following a break repair in another store over driving issue on one weekend recently. (This store did not open on weekend and I am their customer in Texas). The manager and chief mechanic are highly professional and gave me great advice after a quick drive without even to have car in their shop. Really appreciate that and save me lots of time! This will be my go to place next time for any car issue!

My car was taken care of very well here. Staff was friendly and informative. They were up front about timelines and I appreciate that alot as time is very valuable to me. My car looked brand new and that is impressive as it went in very dirty and not only got fixed but cleaned as well.

Caliber Collision in Anderson is excellent, they are professional and helped me out with other issues after getting my car repair from a rear end collision. They do excellent work and follow up, didn't even know my car was repair. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

Courteous staff, clean business and frequent updates. Plus, they took the car to their Anderson place in order to do the repairs in a timely manner. And returned the car to Muncie where it is more convenient to me.

My car took longer than expected but t.he gm went out of his way and paid the extra on my rental.ibe never had a company go ou ty of there way to help me before. This will be the only place I will get my repairs done.

Had my Hyundai Kona's front grille and radiator (along with sensors and A/C) fixed at Caliber Collision. Service was top-notch; kept up-to-date with text messages, and car was cleaned both inside and out prior to returning it to me. You absolutely can't tell there was ever any damage to the front end.
