This store I would rate a five. They have always been helpful. Comcast as a whole I’d rate zero stars. I have been a customer over the years for a total of about 10. They have gotten worse. Customer service is very pushy. You tell them no about products and they keep pushing. They lost my business and it’s very sad as a whole.

The man that I talk to offered no help whatsoever on my billing issue It went from 176.00 to 228.00 a month I told him that I am on a fixed income then he tells me he might be able to get down to 200.00 a month if I sign a 2 year contract and I said no way

I highly do not recommend they overcharge for their service the customer service is hard to get a hold of and half a time they hang up on you or you end up talking to somebody that is high on something and can't understand them. The internet goes in and out all the time and when you asked for someone to come help fix the problem they either don't show up or they show up at the wrong time. When I first had them install everything they never showed up had to wait another two weeks just to have someone come out and installed it the internet. My experience with them has been absolute nightmare. I'm paying double for half of what I got with spectrum. But unfortunately the area I'm in only has Xfinity or AT&t. Do not get Xfinity get AT&t it's better in the long run less headache less stress more honest and you don't have to deal with customer service that never answers or hangs up or that's either drunk or high. And I've only had them for 4 months it's been nothing but trouble and a headaches

Xfinity over charged us ,$40.00 and if I never caught it nothing would have happened, that's why I wanted a paper bill but they want to charge you $ 10.00 for paper, I guess so if they over charge you will not catch it, more money for them,,,lol

If you are negotiating a new contract, make sure you call on the EXACT day it expires. If you need help with your bill, call during the day M-F 8-5.Otherwise on nights and weekends people from overseas answer and you will get completely different information.Its important to make your calls during the day and on week days .
