Since last fall I have been trying to get info on Chi color. Anderson is my go to store. I ask questions about the (new) color, has it changed, what is the difference between old and new. No one had a clue. I have e-mailed chi and still don’t get answers to my questions. You have swatches on the shelf that you never have. Color is never stocked . One gal told me that the store doesn’t sell a lot of chi color. Well to me it should be fully stocked.
Then one day I go in and meet Christy the new manager, she has been my saving grace. She has helped me to figure out that you can’t order certain shades because there is no order number to do so. . I know from past experience that this whole issue goes farther than the manager. The store needs to be stocked and product knowledge and swatch books would be a great start. I believe this issue is higher up than manager. District and Chi need to get product in for Hairstylist.

Very great people, pointed out sales that would be beneficial. The store was very clean and everything was orderly.

You have to be licensed to shop here and you would think of it like a min"Sally's"! The cashier is friendly and has exemplary customer service but this whole company= false advertising!!
