CVS Health in Anderson aims to provide convenient and reliable healthcare services for the community. The store is open seven days a week, making it easier for customers to refill prescriptions, get COVID-19 or flu tests, receive vaccinations, and purchase personal care items, snacks, or even toys for pets. Customers can also save time and money by joining the store’s rewards program, shopping weekly deals, or ordering online for free pickup or same-day delivery. The store emphasizes making healthcare accessible and convenient, encouraging customers to stop by and experience their services. The pharmacy team has received mixed reviews. Longtime customers appreciate the staff’s kindness and dedication. One reviewer mentioned that the pharmacy team has always been very sweet and helpful over the years, especially when handling urgent medication needs, such as seizure medication for a pet. They highlighted a specific employee who went above and beyond, despite the pharmacy being busy, and expressed gratitude for the staff’s role in healthcare. However, some customers feel that the pharmacy is often too busy and struggles to keep up with demand. A particular pharmacist, described as a kind woman from another country, is praised for her efforts and for providing COVID shots. Still, she appears overwhelmed, trying to do many tasks at once, including answering phones and filling prescriptions, which slows down service. Customers acknowledge her hard work and kindness, emphasizing that she rarely shows frustration despite the stressful environment. There is hope that the drive-thru will reopen soon to help alleviate the busy workload. Overall, CVS in Anderson is committed to serving its community with a wide range of health and personal care services, supported by dedicated staff who strive to provide excellent customer care despite the challenges of a busy environment.
A lady named Kim Y went way above and beyond to help me at the photo kiosk. Thank you so much!

2nd time picking up a vet prescription here for our cat. The first time they had my name as a dog. Today they had the correct name but the cat is still a dog. Also today the pharmacy assistant questioned me about which country I am from and how long have I been here. Totally inappropriate!

I try to request my refills ahead of time and just pick them up. It can be a very busy pharmacy.
