Tried to schedule a Covid test, all I get is a virtual assistant. Pathetic service

Here's a hint. When someone who is obviously sick comes in and is trying to buy some cough syrup, they really don't want to be argued with by the staff member who refuses to just wring them up but instead insists the sick customer has to wring themselves up while said staff member stands right on top of them. Then the stupid self check doesn't scan properly. I ended up giving up and walking away. I'm sick, I'm tired, I just wanted some cold medicine, not horrific customer service.

I got dropped off here to get some needed supplies. The lady working here was very helpful when I was looking for makeshift towels and a shoe to wear to take showers where I was staying. She also complimented the sneakers I was wearing so that made my visit better, especially when I had no clue when my ride was picking me up and it was cold out.

This is the worst CVS!! I had a script called in a 2p yesterday and It wasn’t marked ready in the app till 545 and they close at 6, then I get a text today that it’s ready to pick up! My son gets a controlled mediation for his ADHD that the dr calls in and I’m told by the front desk that I need to call and make sure it gets filed even though the dr sends the script over... clearly my word is better than the doctors. Plus I’ve had to be on hold over 20 min just to get someone on the phone at this location! Smh. This CVS is convenient because it’s by my house but it’s gotten ridiculous! I’ll be moving my scripts to a different pharmacy soon!

Not a good place to have medicine filled. Took them 3 hours from the doctor call in to get it ready. This is not the only time that I needed my refills either.

After four days and four stops at CVS to get one prescription I am still without the medication that I am due. Back-and-forth on phone calls and visits is ridiculous. No notations made in my charts or in my information in their system. No communication between pharmacist and staff. No communication between pharmacists. So by the time I got in to pick up medication no one knew what everyone else had done. I continually repeated my story and was met with obstacles every time. I will NOT return to this store.

Well organized with a friendly staff and superb management. Some of the friendliest people in Anderson work in this store. The staff will bend over backwards to help customers. Highly recommended.

They DO NOT accept retail coupons for Similac Formula. Cashier reads the back that clearly says “ retailers do not run through an electronic processing machine” and yet she still does it. I don’t normally complain but a $5 or $15 coupon for formula is a big deal.

The pharmacist at this store was not friendly. Put in prescription today and haven't heard back. I guess if you need your medicine don't go to this CVS.

I have been to the other CVS pharmacy's & would drop off or call to have script filled at 8AM get there to pick up after 6PM & script wasn't filled. They would say I didn't call &shen I showed them they were wrong they became very rude. One time at the CVS by me I went in to pick up my meds the person waiting on me was rude. Worse they were chewing gum & blowing & popping it as they waited on me. I love the people at the nichol CVS. They are compassionate & when my husband passed away some of the the staff came to the funeral home. When ny daughter was pregnant with my granddaughter & having a hard time with morning sickness they would ask how was she doing. When she had my little lovebunny (shes been a lovebunny since she was 45 minutes old)they wanted baby pictures of her. They ask me about my family (I have a brother,a sister & brother in-law with terminal cancer at the same time) & how they are doing. This is how a pharmacy should be.
