Asked Pharmaceutical staff a question and they couldn't answer it and just left me hanging and left me waiting for a prescription I'll try another CVS b4 I use this one

The pharmacist just closed the gate with 5 people waiting in line for meds on mothers day so he can go to lunch. He gave no sorry or explanation. Just closed the gate and walked away. Absolutely horrible customer service. I would give it negative 1 stars if I could.

I love this pharmacy…… my Dr called in RX to Walgreens and after 2 days still wasn’t ready….. I had him call it into CVS and it was ready in an hour…. A huge shout out to the pharmacist and everyone who works there…. I had everything transferred there where it is truly the best customer service …. They have always been my favorite anyway! Great manager snd staff…. But the pharmacist saved my sanity …. Losing a family member is traumatic

Please avoid this pharmacy, I make and appointment for. My booster shot, and I wait more than 30 min waiting for aomevody askimg my info... Thatbia the worst customer sevices expjrence in a pharmacy, tecnicina have a tons of prescription pending amd people qaitng for the prescriptions.. Wow... CVS should be evalute this location..

I watched as a rude a** employee named kenny yelled out the window that a customer wasn't moving but I SAW her go around store and get out of line! He was just mad that she was at the front of the line again after she waited her turn a second time ! He was incredibly rude . Also the lady pulled in front and I asked what happened and she told me how he smiled to her face and waved because she didn't wanna move a second time and go behind an entire line . This place everytime I pick up my scripts never has it ready and that was her problem to . Seriously fire the shitty employees and get new ones bc it's getting ridiculous. I will not be using cvs anymore if this is how they treat people.

Horrible customer service. Doctor sent in prescription and 24 hours later it was still not ready. Went in and was told it was now ready but the card readers were down so they could not give me my prescription unless i had cash however, in front of store they were checking people out with credit cards. Went back to the pharmacy to ask if I could pay up front because I need my medicine and I was told no you will just have to come back. Very rude in the pharmacy area. I ask if they could transfer my prescriptions somewhere else and was told no they don't do that either. So I am sitting here without my meds. Always issues at CVS but this one was the worst.

This has to be the worst pharmacy. My Dr. sent in a prescription today at 12:17 and I went to pick it up at 7:50 and I was told they were "working on it and it wouldn't be ready til tomorrow". Really!!!

I left the Broadway CVS because of issues with a certain pharmacy technician. I transferred to the one on Scatterfield. The wait in the drive up is terrible but it is what it is.
