I have always been served by friendly positive pharmacy staff in a professional manor. Sometimes the line is 4-5 people deep sometimes you can walk right up to the counter without waiting. All the CVS staff are helpful and friendly but inside the store I feel the isles are narrow and overwhelming. Liquor price is competitive.

I'm actually going to give them a zero Stars, well since you guys closed the on boardway this CVS stinks , cause I've been trying to get a item from this store and they've been out for over 2-weeks and I don't like using the self checkout, but when there's no one around to check you out, you have to use self checkout 😠😤

If the need to urinate during your shop, don't go to this CVS. The rest room is locked and the clerks in Pharmacy will tell you to go to Walgreens, or buy a urinal, still not provide a place to use it.

The Pharmacy is so busy and so slow. Miss the Broadway location so much.

If you wait in line for 15 minutes they will just shut the drive thru door in your face so they can take lunch.

No public restroom, yet you may wait an hour or more to fill script, because of added stress from store closing nearby. Pharmacy team awesome even with added work load

Every single month my refills are messed up, meaning the timing and approvals. My insurance says they are approved for the year, my doctor sends scripts for a year and yet CVS always says I need doctor approval. I go days and some tweets without my meds..until I call corporate. Every month I call corporate. The automated service is a joke. It hangs up every single phone call, it takes 8 attempts to even have a call back. Every single month. The staff has bad mouthed their leadership behind the pharmacy counter in front of customers the one time I went inside

I’ve never been treated as poorly as I was by the pharmacy staff today. They were beyond rude. They have managed to lose my prescription and make it seem to be my fault. The pharmacy tech cut me short and the pharmacy manager was no better. Rude, uncaring, disorganized and just do an altogether terrible job with customer service and handling meds. I would t recommend anyone going here. Ever.

Becky M. told me that I needed to handle my issue myself. After I spent multiple days on the phone with providers, Genoa Pharmacy, and my insurance. After speaking at length with providers, insurance, and the competing pharmacy I was repeatedly told that the issue could and would be resolved if CVS contacted my insurance and other pharmacy. Becky M. told me this sounds like a problem for me and not her. When I called back I was told that the pharmacist who assisted me had clocked out for the day and that the representative I was speaking with did not know her name. When I asked her to find out the name of the pharmacist who had been so rude to me, the rep put me on hold for 2 minutes and then the call disconnected. This is not how customer service representatives should conduct themselves when dealing with life-saving medication.

This has been my pharmacy for last 15 years, but now: Worst pharmacy ever. Late shift pharmacy staff berates customers, are so unprofessional and incompetent it hurts to witness. Good help is hard to find, but this place needs to look harder.

My wife just had her first round of chemo, cvs let us know before we even came by text that the prescription was ready. We pulled into the drive through and we're confused why it was taking 20+ minutes per car, but then we got to interact with Claudia. I told her my wife's info, and she told us the prescriptions, she asked if this was through our insurance. I asked how much it was, she ignored me and asked a bunch of questions about our insurance and for my insurance card. Mid way through she told us the amount, I said I was fine paying that: she said she started already on the insurance and now we have to finish. I was getting frustrated as my wife threw up for the second time while we waited on the anti-nausea medication. Finally I confronted her and asked if I could just come inside. Overall she was condescending and rude and completely understand why people were speeding out of the line and around us and yelling. I hope I never deal with her again. I still had to come inside and even though she spent over 30 minutes trying to on something we didn't ask for, she didn't accomplish anything. I would be embarrassed if I ever did anything of the sort. Shame on you Claudia. Making my cancer ridden wife throw up not once, but twice waiting on you.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy I've ever been too. The staff is a bunch of morons who have no sense of urgency. Don't ever expect to be in, and out even if you call ahead. They tried telling my wife for the 3rd day in a row they were out of our medicine. When my wife pressed them it was just them being lazy, and not wanting to unpack the truck.
I could go all day which the bad experiences, and I wish I could switch pharmacies, but I'm stuff with this one until my schedule changes.
For the love of God go somewhere else.
