2nd time picking up a vet prescription here for our cat. The first time they had my name as a dog. Today they had the correct name but the cat is still a dog. Also today the pharmacy assistant questioned me about which country I am from and how long have I been here. Totally inappropriate!

I have been using this pharmacy for a good 5 years now and the team has always been super sweet with me. I am usually super laid back about things because I too work in a medical field and understand how people can be, but last night I had to be a little pushy about one of my medications, because it is a seizure medication for one of my dogs and she had just ran out, which is my fault, not theirs. But Mai, I really hope I am spelling your name right, went above and beyond for me even though they were already super busy. I really appreciate every single one of you who work in the pharmacy because you too play a huge role in our healthcare and do not get thanked enough. Penny Lane and I really appreciate everything youve all done! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
