Giving wrong information that my refill wasn't there, then when I called back after confirming with my doctor that it was the lady slammed the phone down in my ear. No goodbye no sorry just we'll get it ready click. Not very good customer service at all. Does the management ever listen to how they talk on the phone? Seriously, it's terrible!!

Why is Aimee Dewalt so bothered? She seems so bothered to do what I assume is her job at the drive thru.. Sorry in all my 60 years I've never posted a neg review on someone..Bad days happen but the whole pharmacy staff look miserable. What is going on? 😳 sick people need a smile not disgust if you ask to try and get discounts through a good rx card. Aimee seems to have trouble understanding speech and has sent me back around to wait in line again several times saying I don't have anything for you. I research my messages and have to hand her my phone to hear the vm message. Ureka! She finds me. Then she has to figure out if the good rx card gives me a better discount ...what a bother for both of us and the people behind me. Is she overtasked? What can you do to help this situation? I don't want anyone let go ...just make it more efficient and better workplace management attitudes.

Unprofessional attitude and experience. I scheduled a flu and covid vaccine. Sitting there 3mins before my appt I get notified they don't have the covid vaccine. I'm not going to further waste my time so said we would leave. The lady administering response was she just got there with an attitude. I responded well I didn't just make the appt or even that day. I rescheduled with Walgreens.

The drive thru pharmacy at this location is very slow and there is a constant line waiting due to this. It seems there are some inefficiencies that need addressed

Yesterday, when there was a problem with my insurance, the pharmacist who was helping me was extremely rude and mocking me. The other lady who helped, was no problem. Since it was nearing the time of clothes, I realize they may have been a little bit irritated, but then I heard the pharmacist tell the other lady “get her out of here” And that really put me off. I had been nothing but kind and to be treated like that was shocking

People in the pharmacy are rude especially the black lady they love giving people false information 2 months in row iv been told I need a ph when I didn't need It they just didn't want to do there job the black lady should leave her attitude at door before she clocks in for work

CVS PHARMACY REALLY NEEDS MORE STAFF AND PHARMACIST I HAVE BEEN GOING TO CVS FOR A FEW YEARS AND THEY HAVE SOME OF THE RUDEST STAFF AND THEY DON'T GET IN NO HURRY TO GET TO THE CUSTOMERS.THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER

Second time waiting for hours for my daughter’s medication. I asked if I could have it flavored and they told me she needed to try it plain and when I came back to have it flavored they responded like it was a huge burden on them.
