If you love and care about your pet, PLEASE TAKE THEM ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I had been concerned about the level of care our pup had been getting when his health took a drastic turn. After spending well over $1,000 for tests and x-rays and still no answers, we went for a second opinion (to a wonderful vet in Indianapolis) and were immediately given answers: there was a large tumor in his stomach, fluid in his lungs, and a heart murmur. Somehow the vets at Devonshire missed everything. Their answer was to switch his diet. Now he's on medication but we don't want anyone else to go through the same situation which cost us a ridiculous amount of money and nothing to show for it but frustration and concern for our baby. Please don't let this happen to your furbaby!

Staff is absolutely phenomenal. Initially, we intended to take our exotic pets here, as they were the closest vet that would take them. However, after we were told by our primary vet at a different practice that she was "too busy to provide the same level of care" for my GSD who had lymphoma, Devonshire was my saving grace. They took her as a patient and went above and beyond to provide the most compassionate care, all the way through her last days. I truly cannot recommend Devonshire enough and will never take my animals anywhere else.

Great team, great care for our dog of 12 years! We had been to 4 vets prior to one last opinion before having our Sadie Bug put to sleep , my husband and I cannot thank and praise the staff and Dr Smiley enough! We will be forever grateful we made that call to your office! We actually had appointment for her to be put to sleep after her exam, we had been told by other vets there was nothing else they could do for Sadie Bug

Really annoying. We went here to get them vaccine shots. To do the vaccine shots, they charged us for a physical. But they did not examine the dogs at all. We had two dogs. One had a growth on their tail they did not say about and forgot to ask. The other had dental issues they did not tell us about. Taking them to another vet 6 months later and realize that they are both in need of attention. Ridiculous. Do not go to this place

I've been bringing my rescued dogs here for many years. Dr. Smiley is never too busy to answer every question I have. I love the Medici app too. It's been a life saver and a money saver. Thanks to the whole staff for what you do.

Dr. Smiley was able to evaluate my GSD remotely via the Medici App during Coronavirus when veterinarian offices were closed. He recommended a change in her diet as well as adding hip and joint supplements to her daily routine. He addressed her arthritic pain and provided valuable information on how to control her quality of life as she continues to age. She is like a puppy again, full of life and energy. I couldn't be more thankful for his professionalism and the convenience of telemedicine.

I have recommended Devonshire to so many people! The doctors and staff at the clinic are stellar! They have been there for us in every circumstance. I can't recommend them enough! We have been seeing Dr. Smiley for several years and have never found a more dedicated professional. I would never go anywhere else.

I love Dr. Smiley and all the staff at Devonshire! Very friendly and professional. My family has been taking our pets here ever since I was young and we love it. Although it can be expensive at times. I think it's worth it. They provide good, quality care for your fur babies.

My husband and I have a min pin puppy Payton she is 3mos old and we decided that we would take her to Devonshire for her puppy to adult needs. But on 9.11.2016 Payton had a accident and dislocated her little wrist. It was around 9:30pm so we had to take her to VCA hospital. Anna at VCA took real good care of Payton put her wrist back into place and into a splint and to us to follow up at Devonshire On Monday and she would need to be in the splint for 4weeks. So on Monday, I called Devonshire and told them what had happened and wanted to come in for a follow up. and at that time I was told they may need to do a X-ray on her at a cost of 200.00 I told them I had the X-ray cd from VCA and that my funds was low due to having to pay VCA 443.00 and 160.00 of that was for the X-ray on the cd. So they told me to bring her in at 2:00pm and when I went back with Payton and the vet came in he hand me the cd with the X-ray on it and said he couldn't get it to come up and it was no use to him and handed it back to me and said it was useless to him and then I got a lecturer on how thing don't come for free and the thing is I never ask for anything to be free and tried to explain, The only reason I was short on funds was I just had to put out 443.00 on Saturday and come Thursday I would have funds available again. he made me feel like i was trying to get something for nothing and I never hadn't even ask him for anything. All I wanted was his opinion on Payton's injury and how to proceed and finally he said she may need to have surgery at a cost of 1500.00 to 2000.00 and I told him that at that time I was unable to do. And it broke my heart because I want the best for Payton so he said now that surgery was off the table to keep her in the splint for two weeks and he will do another X-ray to see how it was heeling and we would revisit the surgery conversation at that time. And he put her on a pain medication and worked within my budget for that day and I'm very grateful for. I agreed and Paid my bill and went home. And on the way home I thought about what the vet said to me about the free lecture thing and decided he was just making sure he needed to get paid and I can understand that. it was just a different way of doing it, so I let it go. But, then around 4:45pm my little Payton's splint started slipping off her leg so I got the number to Devonshire because I knew that they closed at 6:00 and called crying. because, I was told for no movement to be made to her injury. And when the lady (I believe her name was Michelle but was upset)answered the phone I told her what was happening and ask how much would it cost to have it put back on because at that point it was off she put me on hold and came back and said they could do it for 100.00 my son was here and was willing to pay for it and I could've been there with in 10 minutes she told me that wasn't going to happen it was the end of the day at 5:00 instead of 6:00 when they close.Evan for an emergency to bad you can just go back out to VAC is what I was told very rudely, And so I will, so now my husband and i are questioning if we should continue using their services. Would you?
