I wouldn't recommend them to no one they make promises and don't keep them and sell you a junk car then won't let you trade it in I wish I could talk to the owner and let them know how there sales people treat people

My son and I had a fantastic experience at Ed Martin budget Cars in Muncie, Indiana. From the moment we walked in door Mason, was very kind, welcoming, and generally cared about helping us with the right vehicle. A special thanks to Scott who close the deal and made the whole process smooth and stress-free and also to Ryan who approved the price and finalize the paperwork. I had been shopping around for a while for a car for my daughter who just got her license, Got frustrated a lot with other places but I began working with Mason and from the start it was a breath of fresh air. We worked a lot through text because I was at work which was great, and he stayed over a little after closing time for us to make it there since it was a 35 minute drive. The whole process was super fast, easy and not stressful at all! I will be recommending everybody I know to Mason and his team !

The best car lot I’ve ever been to ! Mason , William and the manager Joe was amazing. Got a great deal , worked my payments where I needed and a good vehicle ! 2019 Ford escape ! I HATE car dealerships and the car buying process. Pushy salesmen and sitting around for hours on end just to be told you're not approved. Not here! Will was great, he showed me my options for vehicles and why he thought they were good options for me but didn't push them on me. I ended up getting the one and only vehicle I wanted. The approval process was quick and simple and they really listened to me about my situation and didn't just look at my credit score. Even after the sale they've got my back when any concerns about the vehicle come up. I'm very happy I went here!

I had bought a 2019 Ford Fusion and the battery had died just recently. I called down there and the manager told me no worries and replaced the battery with no other questions.
It's hard to find service like that these days in my personal opinion.

After 2 days of utter frustration with dealers trying to short us on our trade in, ridiculous down payments we got blessed by Mason and his entire team. They are professionally steam lined and they there never questioned our limits they took what we had and gave us their best best vehicle, with what we had for a down payment and went under what we could afford monthly.
