Dan Peterson is the greatest sales person!, always so helpful and kind. Rick the finance manager was also very nice to me and helpful! Ed Martin is a great dealership and that is where I always go for my cars service and purchases.

my name is Rayanna Shrock, I just bought a car today and it’s my first big girl purchase! Morgan at Ed Martin made this process way less scary and nerve racking. She saved me time and money! She made sure we were taken care of the whole time we were there( which was not very long). They were perfect! I think we found ourselves a dealership for life. Thank you again Morgan!

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Bill Denny and the other employees I was in contact with at Ed Martin and extremely satisfied with my car repair. It looks and smells like new and it 15 years old.

We were traveling cross country after a repair failed we found ourselves in Anderson Indiana. We stopped at Ed Martin seeking assistance. Andrew at the service desk went above and beyond to work with me and the dealership who did the initial repair, who also worked with us, to get my car back in shape. Everyone I spoke with at Ed Martin was great. The Master Tech who worked on the repair got right on the job. Considering I did not have an appointment, they all treated me well. Customer Service is alive and well at Ed Martin. Thanks to all.

Rather not share his name in hopes he does better. Salesman doesn't seem very happy about being there today or is too busy based on our phone conversation. Hope he does better for other customers.Inventory on website is not accurate at all. Always call and check availability. Multiple "in stock" vehicles are already spoken for or have a deposit. No ETA on ordering.

We bought a used 2018 Ford Fusion. We test drove it on a Saturday morning. We came to a deal later that afternoon over the phone (we live out of town). On the next Friday, we picked it up and drove it home and realized that none of the steering wheel buttons worked and it did not run well at higher speeds. We took in back Monday because neither of those issues occurred when we test drove it the week earlier. The sales person agreed to look at the issues. He told us to bring it back in a week. They offered to fix the buttons at no charge because he said he knows they worked. He said the issue driving at speed is a shudder in the transmission and "it's the nature of the beast". He said that Ford might have an update for it. I asked if he could have Ed Martin Ford (just down the street) look at it since he was going to have it all week. I was told "it'll be on your dime and would be best if you contact them". I understand a used car will not be perfect and never once asked the issues to be fixed at no charge. I only asked that it be looked at to determine the problem. Instead it seemed all they wanted to do was get this car off their lot so it was to longer their problem. I picked up the car on Friday evening, drove straight to the Ford dealership in my town and dropped it off as I do not feel confident with it's reliability. They were more than happy to look at it first thing Monday.Follow up from above. Upon see my review and learning of my displeasure that my local Ford dealership had determined the torque converter needed replaced. Ed Martin Chevrolet did request an opportunity to look at the vehicle. They paid the fees incurred at my local dealership, picked up the vehicle and replaced the torque converter all at no charge to me. In the end, they did stand behind their used car sale. I would have given 5 stars had they taken care of the problems without me having to go somewhere else to "prove" there was a problem.

Spent all day on my car......didn't mind only they did not bother to tell me they would not be finished. Called them to ask if car was ready and they said "tomorrow". I had no way of getting home!?Took the car back early and was billed for the work that was not performed? Service advisor booked me in for the next week.......supposedly.The next week I dropped the car off (had a friend give me a ride) and the car was not booked in!! I gave the service advisors name that was supposed to have booked the service, but they could not fit me in - a total waste of my time owing to incompetence.Mentioned the monies that were taken and requested a refund - was offered a CHEQUE !? Handed my CC and was refunded - so why offer a cheque?Vehicle servicing OK - Terrible Customer front desk service.Will not come back here for service given a choice.Follow Up:Response from review:-"Our Service Manager will reach out as soon as possible to get the details from you".Been 2 weeks now and NOTHING? Lip Service.....What happened to good customer service?Shaking my head.....no recourse. Will not be going back.

I only take my car to Ed Martin. I was just getting a regular 6 qt. Oil change. It took over an hour. I had an appointment. The service advisor told me they would wash my car. They did NOT wash my car. I have always been told I would receive a complimentary car wash and have never actually gotten one any of the times I have taken my car in. I understand it's free but don't offer me something then not follow through. Considering it happens everytime I go there it's frustrating. And I might have said something about it if I hadn't already sat there for over an hour.

Every person I spoke with, whether by phone or in person, was just fantastic. Answered all my questions with no rushing me, told me all the details of a part which they had to order, and just had personality plus. I had an excellent experience in all contacts with the service department. 10+ in my book!

I searched for my vehicle for almost three years. Most dealerships I encountered close to home were acting unethically trying to charge 8-10 thousand dollars over sticker price. Bryce from Ed Martin helped me create an order for my car and attempted weekly to get it on the schedule. Bryce communicated with me often and never gave up. He was honest and the dealership made good on their word to sell me the car at the agreed upon price. Riley took over my order and never missed a beat. Scott from finance was polite and professional. Clay followed up with me to make sure all was going according to plan. The entire deal was handled over the phone and on line. They even made arrangements to deliver the car to me over 240 miles away! The drivers were incredibly personable and I enjoyed speaking to them at length. Every dealership should strive to be like Ed Martin and I hope you know what an amazing group of hard working people you have working for you that actually believe in customer service. I will recommend Ed Martin to everyone. And if I need to replace or add to our family of five chevy’s - I will call Ed Martin!
