Avoid this location completely..I picked up a car in Moline Illinois and dropped it off in Anderson Indiana a few hours later and even though the Moline location documented a scratch on the bumper the manager at this sad location told me I'm going to be charged for it. I asked him to call Moline and verify at the damage was previously there but he refused to be of any assistance whatsoever and basically worked hard to be unaccommodating as possible. He told me file the charge back on my credit card, a very unprofessional statement to make cuz should I take his advice It would cost his company money.... Hurtz customer service called and told me not to base my complete experience upon this single one substandard location.

I should give this a 5 star but I reserve those for the best I have ever experienced. I needed a car to pick up my son from I.U.Bloomington (Go Hoosiers)! So last minute my car broke down and I was in need of transportation they had me covered. Walked in close to close they got me squared away and in a car, and 10 mins I was headed down Rd to pick up my son. Friendly, courteous,helpful, direct and to the point. I returned today and there 10 mins before close I forgot to put gas in they let me drive to the nearest gas station to fill up even though there was only 5 mins till close. Great Job Guys and Gal

My first experience with this enterprise instantly made me a loyal customer who will never rent with anyone else! I needed a car to travel for work last minute and I reserved a time a picked up all within a few hours. Incredibly easy to do business with. They don’t ask you a million questions nor do they do any hidden credit checks if you want to pay with your debit card. Simply, if you have the money for the deposit they are happy to do business with you. Very friendly and was acknowledged by more than one person after walking in. Checking in and out took less than 5 mins each time. I believe Nala helped me with my check in and she was great. Drove a newer Camry which I loved and had no issues what so ever. Thank you Enterprise for being wonderful ❤️
