I ordered the stuff from Amazon Amazon told me it would be here on a Monday I found out that they had it and it didn't get out of the state of California Friday and I ordered it on a Monday and I didn't get it till almost 2 weeks

This is the worst shipping service ever. They always leave your shipments on your door step and the dont even knock on your door to let you know when your shipment has arrived. One day they shipped a 40 inch flat screen tv to my house and the had it just sitting outside and its not like i live in a house where i can have a security system to where stuff wont get stolen but i live in apartments where your neighbors are literally on the other side of the wall. someone can just walk right up and take it and i would never even know who did it. Another time last week i had a heavy order that i knew was coming in and i told my mom to be on the look out because i was not home. She had the door wide open and was inside the house near the door while she was watching tv. She saw a fedex truck pull up so she waited for them to come to the door and knock but no soon after that they immediately pull off and left my shipment sitting right outside and they never even knocked. No one even got a chance to sign off on anything either. Also it was one of those on and off rainy days so my shipment could have been ruined if no one was there all because the actions of fedex's carelessness. I feel like the people of this company have no concern for their customers and they need to do better because so far i am seeing worse than poor service.

This location only ships items over 150lbs on pallets. Office Depot @ 38th & Scatterfield will ship Fedex Express or Ground
