Bought a vehicle, and while driving it home I noticed some grinding noises and vibration in the steering wheel. The next day I called and scheduled service, and turns out I had a bad hub bearing. Warranty covered most of it but I still have to pay out of pocket for the rest. I had the car less than 24 hours. I shouldn’t have had to pay a dime after purchasing it for as much as I did and the short amount of time I’ve owned it.

Ed Martin ford Anderson has the worst service I have ever dealt with. I bought a new Ford F150 in March, it had a protective coating on the front of the hood and each door side. It was bubbled. I took it in to be repaired. They removed it and put it back on. It was worse than before. I asked the service manager if he was going to fix . He said yes he would let me know when he would call me that was March of this year still not done. The general manager called me said he would have it fixed. No response from him recently it’s been over six months I would never buy anything at Ed Martin ever again.

I recommend this dealership because the employees will be sure to take care of you throughout the car purchasing process. I had a specific car in mind, and when I arrived to look at it, I noticed that the windshield was cracked. The manager, Ryan, will fix it for zero cost to me to compensate for the miscommunication and inconvenience. They worked with us to make a good deal for the car I purchased. I also appreciated working with Joe, who was very kind and transparent throughout the process.

This dealership is dishonest in selling what they advertise. I made a deal to buy a car I have a text confirming the sale I spoke to the used car manager who advised what I needed along with two witnesses. The car was sold to me. I was told the finance manager would call me but two days went by and no call. I called the used car manager who said we had no deal. I have a confirmation of the sale and a confirmed statement the car was held, they had me send all my documents drivers license proof of insurance as this was a cash deal.I will proceed with civil action in small claims court along with complainants to the Indiana Secretary of State and file a complaint with Ford Motor Company about a dishonest dealer. This is only the beginning of a social media campaign.

Started out great. Wore on way too long. Went a little sideways and finally became adversarial. This could have been so much better. Finally left with a decent car at a decent price but what a disappointing experience. At the very least it should not take a two hour wait to simply pay for a vehicle you’re not even financing. I can never see myself going back to this or any other Ed Martin location. Kinda killed it for all of us.

We purchased a Ford certified used vehichle with an extended warranty service plan. A year later, the transmission went out and they said we did not have any coverage and couldn't help us, this was when it was still Autoworld. Car got repossessed, and later found the papers showing we had coverage. Went back to the dealership to try and figure it out only to get no help, no answers, and still no resolution to the problem. Even when I presented them with all the documents and other proof, I still got ignored.I would rate a 0 if I could. You better believe me, my family, and anyone else I talk to will NOT be doing any business with Ed Martin or Autoworld, if they're still around.

My trim piece on the passenger side of my windshield keeps coming off. This is my third one in less than 2 years. Today was the third one. Left there & went to the car wash and it happened again. Called the service manager & he suggested to I go to a car wash with no brushes. I shouldn't have to worry about parts coming off my car. I was told this one would be covered, but nothing after that. I have enough to worry about, not a piece of trim that should withstand a car wash. It's stressful & nonsense. I'm a grown women and I do not need to be told where to wash my wash my car. Parts should not come off unless the are installed improperly. I never believed in fix or repair daily until it happened to me.

After booking an appointment online, receiving multiple texts confirming and reminding me of the appointment and rearranging schedules I showed up to find out their onsite system doesn't communicate with the online system. I was given the option of waiting an hour and a half and they would try to fit me in. Not somewhere I would recommend getting service done.

Ed Martin Ford Anderson, IN I just brought a car from this dealership. This my third car I have brought from Ed. Martin over several years over all it's good car with low mileage. I didn't see the scratches the hood and roof on day I brought it. I did see the scratches on the trunk on the day I test drove it. I'M disappointed in Ed. Martin selling a vehicle with the scratches like this. I did asked the sale men about the trunk being fix prior before the sale he said no. I think this needs to better communication before the sale.

After going here for an oil change because they have always been very reasonable on price, I will be going elsewhere from now on. Changed oil, cabin air filter, charged me 50 bucks labor for air filter change. More for oil change. Not any more. What if I said no to filter? They already had it out.

Ed Martin Ford in Anderson took great care of my son’s F-150 which blew out a tire on I-69. In particular, Travis and his team went out of their way to get him back on the road safe and sound. Thank you for making a bad situation much better!

Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Ford dealership. My car has been in for repairs since before Thanksgiving and they've been unable to get the necessary parts. Unacceptable service and lack of follow-up. Would not recommend.
