It is a great place for clients to be able to refill their medicines or get a medication at Genoa. The staff was very friendly and they make sure the client is informed on the medication in which they are taking They don't ask you if you would like a consult they talk to the clients as they are giving them the medication. If they do have questions they are very helpful to answer any and all questions!

Depends on the day. Have had the best & the worst service here, low key I think they're just nicer to men. Stay thirsty ladies of Genoa ??

Nice staff. Their courteous manner is the only reason for 3 stars. Inaccurate information given about medication being filled. I called and was told that my prescription was finally approved and I could pick it up that day (Monday). I couldn't get there then, so I went Tuesday morning. Drove there for nothing, only to find out it was still waiting for more doctor authorization before it could be filled. It is a holiday weekend and I'll have been without my medication for 2+ weeks. Not a good thing considering it's for severe depression and it's the holidays.

I can’t begin to thank the intake clinician, Dr. Dwyer, and many others that play a part in my Mother’s mental health and well-being. She came to Aspire Indiana Health, a broken, desperate and grieving woman. She’s at the very beginning of her journey with you but you have made her feel so welcome and supported!! My heart fills with pride because I am an employee of Aspire and I know the hard work that you all do. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart!!
