Gerber repaired my hail damage they broke my passenger visor by stripping the screw. They never once told me about this mistake and proceeded to glue it on. I found this out by it being mid summer and the heat melted the glue. I took my car back in and they never apologized or took accountability. They told me they would keep the part(they still have it) and order a new one to replace it. They said this would be 3-7 business days for the part to come in. It has been over two weeks now they still have my broken piece that they hid with glue and haven't reached out about fixing this. They're sneaky and do not care about responsibility or customer service.

Ryan, Tina, and Jerry were great. The techs who repaired the front end due to hitting some sort of animal while driving down the street. The have a site where they send you a custom link that shows the progress on your vehicle. I received my vehicle back 3 days earlier than expected which was great. Ultimately, it was a great experience, and I would recommend them to anyone who has experienced body damage to their vehicle.

Overall the work was pretty good. The rating is from the fact we noticed the rear window seal was not in the correct position. The two photos first listed are from when we bought the car new. You can see the window seal is on the back of the hatch not inside pushed in. I had my wife call and they took a look at it. We gave them the chance to correct it but they insisted the it doesn’t go where we stated. So the just shoved the seal all the way in and said it was good. At this point I don’t feel like going back and forth. The three last photos are the current condition until we get it corrected. Sometimes the customer is right.

I had a minor accident and took my car to Gerber Collision and Glass in Anderson Indiana and they were absolutely awesome. Ryan Herndon stayed in touch with me the entire time. Kept me informed and explained everything to me and my car was done early. I hope I don't have anymore accidents but if I do i definitely will take my car back to them. My car looks brand new. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. Every staff member treated me as if I was family. Great work and awesome employees!

Edit: Added one star because car was finally cleaned. Only added one because TWO employees informed me that the original state of the vehicle I picked up was a "courtesy." Do better next time. Get better reviews.
Good things: the office staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. I received calls regarding the progress made on my vehicle as well as an accurate estimate on glass and body repairs.
Bad things: Left my speedometer on KM/H instead of MPH, which required a return trip to the shop to change back. Repair team left scuff marks in several places on my brand new cream leather interior. Calling to get this resolved was a bad experience. The staff begs and begs for a perfect review but wasn't willing to properly clean the interior of my new car after repairs were made. I expect my car to be returned with the interior as pristine as it was when I dropped the car off. Supposedly they are going to let me get the vehicle detailed but it will require another trip back to Anderson. They really should reimburse me for gas on all these trips I have to make because of their shoddy cleanup job.

They told me that damage from a collision was just wear and tear and so insurance wouldn’t pay for it.

Horrible service!!!! They straight up lie to you and the insurance company.. technicians don’t have a clue what they are doing! They make it to seem you are trying to cheat insurance when you were the victim of an accident and your left with a Broken vehicle with halfway done repairs!! Would not bring a wheel barrow to these people. Please do not go here they are the worse place in the entire country
