Megan was fantastic today. I'm very fussy and she really listened to me. I end up cutting my own hair because I can't find anyone here in Indiana I like. I'm from Illinois and get my cuts when I go back home. She was sweet, conversed and laughed with me, but most importantly she checked in with me throughout to make sure I was ok. That meant a lot to me. She's a keeper!! Thank you for making my day! I love my cut!

Kerri washed and dried my hair because that’s all I needed. She was super sweet and bubbly and I would go back again. She did a great job!

We took my Granddaughter to get her hair cut & this is how the lady cut it. That was very disappointing because she was so nice. We didn't notice it until later that day when we got home & she look down and this os what we saw. She is so upset and now we can't even braid or do a high ponytail to her hair at all because the uneven parts fall out.
Now we have to go somewhere else to fix this mess!!

Sorry I don't know the name of the person. the second time I've been alright with my cut in two months. I'm very picky though, since I've cut my own hair for 10 plus years.

Chopped my hair up. Way too short...did not listen to me when I told her what I wanted. I will never be back

I walked in without an appointment. I waited 10 minutes and then was called back. Good conversation about what I wanted 4 inches off all over. Looks fantastic. Great experience.

Not a bad haircut but...You ever seen those plants where they process live chickens? Well, I kind of felt a little bit like one of those chickens, just getting processed through the place as quickly as possible.It started with the greeting, I think that's what that was, continued on to and through the introductions, I have no idea who she was, and finished with my first hint of humanity has the $10 tip on top of an $18 cut was noticed, and the first sign of pleasantry was heard from behind as I opened the door and left..."Thank you".But if you just need a quick haircut and the personal experience is of no importance to you, this is the place for you ?

The beautician was more interested in talking with coworkers than making sure she was paying attention to what I wanted. I had to point out to her that she missed one side of my head!
