Co-Owner Mark was very accomodating, helpful and a good listener. I purchased a queen set and then quickly went back for a double set as well. Can't beat a flippable mattress. Delivery men were prompt. Highly recommend.

3 star review because of a couple issues we had. The issue wasn’t with Mark though. It was with how the bed was put together over at their assembly building. Mark was great to interact with. He has great customer service and communication. We ended up going a different route for a bed after having a couple issues with a bed we bought. Mark tried to take care of the issue and he eventually gave a full refund. He even didn’t take out the charge to pick the bed up from our refund. We are grateful Mark took care of us anyway despite not getting a bed from him. Thank you!

I have an antique bed and many years ago had a mattress and box special made by Holder. It is time for another set and will be going back to Holder. Excellent service and quality. I wouldn't consider anything else even if I had a regular sized bed.

Quality of product =5starsConvenience and service =1 star, therefore an average of 3 stars. We bought a mattress over a year ago which is excellent quality and, though expensive, we are well satisfied with the quality of our investment. We returned recently to consider purchasing another mattress for another room. The hours of the shop are very limited. The website is very generic, no specifics or prices and no way to shop online. We arrived about 15 minutes before closing time and were abruptly told about the closing time before even entering the door. The delivery times available are very limited, one weekday morning and one weekday afternoon. No weekend or evening delivery. Or we were offered the opportunity to collect the mattress ourselves from the shop during their limited open hours. The only option to purchase without coming into the shop is by telephone to the shop, yes, during the very limited open hours, of course. Sorry, but a quality product is no longer enough. As customers, we need to be able to purchase at our convenience, not just when everything suits you folks.

It served me very very well.Recently I decided it was time to replace it.Walked in to your Anderson store not expecting to find the exact same type I had purchased before.Much to my DELIGHT you still make them.Absolutely thrilled! 2021 We bought our double sided pillow top mattress around 17-18 years ago and it is still just as comfortable as when we bought it. It has not broken down whatsoever. We regularly flip it as recommended. I highly recommend Holder.

After having 2 back surgeries I needed to have a lower bed. This was arranged for delivery before I got out of the hospital. The hospital changed my discharge date and moved it 2 days ahead. This business quickly responded and I came home to the perfect bed. What he did to our bed saved us money and the service was great. In the future when we think of beds, we will think of Holder's.

I have an adjustable bed. It is great for muscles, sleeping, comfort. Prices are very reasonable, many beds to choose from. The service is superb. I have had my bed for twelve years and still love it.
