I was soo nervous and had a lot of anxiety about getting my taxes done. But Linda and her staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns.
They treated me with kindness and compassion !!! I left there happy, reassured and greatly satisfied and appreciated !!!

This was the first time having our taxes prepared at Jackson Hewitt tax service. It was a great experience. Jennifer was so helpful and patient with us. I appreciate all her help. If I could I would give her more than 5 stars! Thank you!

I've never had a tax person sit down and work with me the way she did.She explained everything clearly and professionally.I found her to be very personable and friendly.I believe she got me the most she could while being a very valuabe asset to Jackson Hewitt.I will be recommending Jackson Hewitt.

Horrible experience the people who work in here have no experience and almost feel as though they are stealing and trying to cover their tracks. I have been going through Jackson Hewitt for 15 years and NEVER HAD the problem I’m having this year. Terrible employees 10 out of 10 do not recommend. File your taxes elsewhere if you are smart! I know you can think well this has never happened to me or this won’t ever happen to me but I did to and now look where I am trying to find my taxes! Be smart look out for yourself and family and go else where this location is not where you should go!
