Went here for the second time this year and we always were unsure how to claim our taxes with a new child but they got us more money than I've ever gotten and worked with me along the way. Barbie is especially nice and very knowledgeable on everything. 10/10

I was there for 4 hours. The 2 weeks later I had to go back because my data was not scanned into my tax forms correctly. They still couldn’t do it so I had to leave the forms with them and go back the next day to pick them up. I just home this time it is done correctly because I have no faith in you at all.

Been coming here for years ( like 14-16 ) so why if you file at Wal-Mart Jackson Hewitt it's only 65$ but I went to the one on Scatterfield. It cost me 528.95. Does it really make a difference I still filed with you guys?????????

If I could give them a negative star I would!!! I’ve been lied to!! This is the worst experience I have ever had anywhere, in Anderson Indiana!!!! I dropped off my W2 and was told it would take up to 48 hours. It’s been over 48 hours and they still haven’t been processed and haven’t heard from anyone at the office!!!! I will tell everyone I know to NEVER go to Jackson Hewitt to do their taxes!!!
