The Pendleton pike location in indianapolis take all my state refund, 713$ without telling me about this amount for the taxe preparer. I am haitian, it's was my first time filling out taxes. she abuses me. i ask her how much i will pay for the taxe, she said that it's depend, and she said the starts to 49$ dollars, after few days ago, i reviewed the papers, and she take 713$ for fees.

The preparer (Joan?) Was helpful. Gave information to my questions .I didn't care much for all charges applied. Guess that's life when you have to pay for help.

My tax preparer went above and beyond. She was polite, caring and friendly. When there was an issue with the bank she called me to bring in additional documents.

Nayely (who works at the Wal-Mart location in Anderson, IN) was an amazing employee, she was very friendly, polite, and was great at her job. Very understanding of the problem and did an exceptional work.

I had appointment to finish and sign my dad's taxes. I arrived early and waited. No one showed. Their hours said they should be open by 10 but I waited nearly 30 mins and no one showed. Worst customer service ever.

Worst experience in tax service I've ever had in 37 years, they said they could help me with certain tax issues and still unresolved to this date as well as over priced. The local branch will not return calls after leaving 6 messages. 3 of the calls were answered then put on hold and eventually disconnected then try to call back and no answer so again stuck leaving voicemail which didnt make any difference because I never got a call back. I'll never use Jackson Hewitt again.
