Positive - they were able to print a banner for me in a short time frame which was very helpful. However, VERY CAREFULLY check the preview that is sent in email! My banner had an extra space in the title and I did not catch it. The designer did not catch it either so you have to pay very close attention before approving design work. When I called the next day to ask about fixing the incorrect spacing, the only option was to repurchase at a discounted price.

I can't say enough about the quality & service at Jam. It's nice to work with a business where the employees know your name & take the time to make your project just like you want it. It's delightful everytime I go in there. If you're in the Anderson area just don't go anywhere else for printing!
