Bought a truck 2 weeks ago from here, was told it was completely checked out. Back up camera wasn’t working when we bought it, he said it was and it’s a pinched wire so they knocked a couple hundred bucks off the price for our time that we’d spend to unpinch the wire.Brought it home and found my reverse and brake lights also don’t work. Brought it to our mechanic who said the wiring is all messed up, the fuel pump wire was redone and just hanging all the wiring is rigged up and not good. Completely unhappy with this truck, mechanic is going to look further into what all is wrong with this truck, scared to find out what all they find. Do not buy a vehicle from here!!!

Worst used car dealership ever, they sold me a truck that they told me was THOROUGHLY inspected, on my drive home from buying it, I pulled in to a gas station and the guy following me also pulled in and said my lights weren't working- no brake, turn signals etc. took to my mechanic who told me this truck is the biggest piece of shit, all the wiring is required, everything is bypassed, hot wires, pieced together. Jamerson auto is a complete scam

Went today and test drove a car. The car has set a while there and needed a jump. They put some gas in it so I could take a decent test drive which I appreciated.

Went and looked at a 03 Chevy Duramax. The truck has spray foam in the driver's door panel. The bed has been very poorly repainted ( bad fish eyes all throughout the paint), the bedsides are rusted through but hidden by fender flares, there is a large amount of bondo used on the rear of both bedsides, black paint sprayed all over the under carriage hiding god knows what. When I confronted the salesman he told me what they were asking. Which was top price for the vehicle in excellent condition. He said you can look on the internet that's what they are going for. I told him all that I saw and he said there is some room to work. I gave him my no bull estiment on all the work that needed to be done price. He then laughed patted me on the back and told me I could leave. My problem is you have a customer tell you all the things he saw that was covered up on a truck on their lot you don't laugh in there face. If you are confronted with that type of work done on a vehicle on their lot you should not act like it's okay to sell that vehicle. Good business manners does not apply here. Please if you buy from here have the vehicle looked at by a trusting mechanic before you sign. Just a heads up.

Had an excellent experience at jamerson. Got a fair value on my trade in and a fair price on a quality used vehicle. Prices were competitive and all of the staff was very helpful and willing to work within my budget. There was no high pressure sales like I got at other dealers. Highly recommend!
