2 years ago, I bought a Ford Escape from Byrider. I loved that car and took it on so many adventures. Not too long ago, I was in a bad accident and my cherished Escape was totaled. Kenny was amazing and walked me through the entire process. The payout did not pay off my car, unfortunately. On November 3, I went to pick a new vehicle and settled on a Pathfinder. They completely waived the amount left on the escape. Upon driving the car home, I discovered that I hated it. No huge particular or even justifiable reason, I just wasn’t happy. The next day I went back and spoke with Jeannie and Pete. They were amazing and asked me if I wanted a different car or to just get out of the contract. I ended up choosing a Jeep Compass.They really are amazing. My credit has greatly improved in the two years I’ve been with them and they’ve always been incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns that come up.

Jeanne was amazing, when I test drove one of the cars, told her what was wrong( wouldn’t shift out of 1 gear stayed steady at 3500 RPM) and she stated ok. She test drove it and seen the problem as well. She told me I wouldn’t feel comfortable enough to sell it to you, with that problem. We ended up going with a different vehicles.

Had me test drive a newer vehicle but told me there was an issue without so couldn’t get it until two days later and they tried to give me a completely different vehicle! DO NOT TRUSTAnd if they are your only option check the vin number of the car you test drove with your paperwork before signing anything! I was signing paperwork on a different vehicle than the one I test drove.Edit: I’m fully aware it was a different vehicle because when I filled out the contract cancelation paperwork they put I didn’t want the car because if “mechanical issues”. Now is I was really crazy like they tried to tell me and it was the same car, you wouldn’t put it had mechanical issues when you told me you just spent two extra days and extra money fixing it up for me, you would want your boss to know that I didn’t believe it was the same vehicle and that’s why you lost a $3k down payment and a $500 a month payment lol.I just called and Pete tried to again tell me I am crazy and hung up on me! So don’t leave a number to address the situation if you’re going to continue to gaslight your customers

I purchased a car on July 19th and had several issues with it. I worked with the maintenance manager (who is wonderful) but after several times of my car being in the shop, I contacted Logan and the sales manager and they got my in another car and made the process so easy and amazing! I highly recommend Logan at Byrider Anderson.. He absolutely goes above and beyond for his customers!

For starters the timing chain/belt has went out of my car and they say they dont fix it because it’s not on the warranty so I haven’t been able to drive it for 4 months on top of trying to get it fixed on my own they want to make sure they get there money. Cnac has ruined this place for me, you are late for a payment not only do they harass the heck out of you but they also take your option to pay it on line off so you have to call them and get talked down too. I 100% don’t recommend this place and I won’t be getting another vehicle from here.

Sub-par/Poor customer service. Management doesn't help. Do not leave your CC/debit ON FILE BC they use it illegally! Constant harassment BEFORE payment is due (multiple emails, texts and phone calls ON due date) and threats of not working with you if you cannot make a payment on time.
