“Steve is awesome. I have had a very thin delicate necklace for years and it broke, Steve sent it off to get fixed and I am strong yanked it and broke it again. He took that back to fix and honestly said the charge would be free since it broke in the same spot, but I insisted, because I am strong like I said. He has integrity, I like that. I ordered a new necklace from him (as a back up to my favorite), also had a pearl replaced on a ring and resized. His prices are very fair and the customer service is excellent.I would like to address the one bad review. I myself have both of my sleeves covered in tattoos and I didn't experience any rudeness at all. In fact they treated me as every jeweler I've ever had. They hang back, allow you to browse or whatever and they come to you only when you call on them for assistance. They were totally polite to me over the phone and in person.The difference between a professional jeweler and a mall jeweler is the professional one wont ever pounce or try to make a sale, they hang back, they are tactful and provide service when you are ready, not when they are ready.”

“I love going here because I always seem to find anything and everything that I'm looking for. Because of all the booths I always find what I'm looking for. There are a few booths that think what they have is gold so prices are extremely high. Those kind I just laugh and walk off, but 95 percent are priced to move. Love it and will keep shopping here,as they say one man's junk is another ones treasure.”

“Walked in to this store and was greeted immediately. I never realized how many brands they carry in clothes and boots. Walked out with a new Brumate cup and 2 nice shirts for a gift. Will definitely be back soon and have already told a few co-workers about this place. Sales associate was very helpful in assisting me with the cups.”

These guys are fair, educated in precious metals, diamonds and they are just nice people to deal with. It's nice to know that there are still places like Allan's to go to for good deals.”
“I needed my ring resized and wanted to go somewhere local. I have my grandma's wedding ring and they took amazing care of it. I do not know how long it takes to normally get a ring resized but it did take two weeks to get resized but that wasn't a huge concern for me as this is a family-owned business and I try to shop small wherever I can. For $50 my ring went from a size 7.5 to a size 6.25 I think. I actually have no idea what size it is but all I know is that it fits perfectly.”
