Absolutely garbage. The first time my fiance and I went in there, my 3 month old started making sounds and the lady wanted to tell me to get my baby. On top of it, the app keeps messing up and they expect you to be able to go in there every week to fix their mess ups. They didn't even give me the direct deposit form I needed when I first went in there so I didn't get the $200 bonus.

I have banked with key bank for 6 years now and had to go in today to have multiple transactions disputed because I was scammed online. I went on my lunch break from work and Becca helped me dispute my transactions and got me a new debit card. Also Audrey helped me as well. They were both very friendly and fast enough I was able to get it all taken care of and with time left on my break from work. I highly suggest Becca gets a raise and Audrey too. Great branch to go to!

If I could give them zero stars I would. They charge odd fees for everything. Overdrafted my account and then charge fees for that. Who charges a 38.50 overdraft fee plus a 33$ fee for 0.49 negative when I didnt even make the purchase???? I disputed transactions and even had a police report and the customer “care” associate couldn’t “care” less. I kid you not, this is the worst bank in the entire country!!

I’m happy u can help them out but when I been banking with key bank for 7 years and can’t get a loans is sad. If u have more then 2 inquiries on your credit key bank will not give u nothing. Go to a credit union I got a new car loan and a new bike loan. Don’t was your time with this crap bank

Worst bank, wont let you close your account unless you havent madea purchase in like 2 weeks, charges bs fees for everything, has a terrible app and interface, just use a better bank like chase or anything but this. They are con artists who want to steal money from people. They will reply to this review acting like they care but they are just saving face.

Was told I would recieve $250 bonus when opening account, have voicemail confirming when I would recieve it, left 2 messages with member service and never got response and never received bonus.Will eventually move to another bank, hopefully they keep there word.

This is the worst bank in town. Before you even mention the shady business to nickel and dime your account to oblivion, you need to know that this is the only key branch in town. The line is always around the building, the atms are constantly down, and every teller and associate will lie and lie a lie. I work for a living and struggle to get to the bank on time through the week, so of course they are closed on saturday. If I could close my accounts I would but they have made it impossible for me to do so. Don't use this bank unless you enjoy loosing money.

Had an appointment for this past Saturday. When I got to the door a man asked what I needed told him who I was to see. He says she is not in today. I have a confirmation number mind you. He then rudly asks what I need. I tell him and her sends me thru the drive-thru where I waited 45 MINUTES!!!!I WAS EARLY FOR MY APPOINTMENT HE COULD HAVE BEEN COURTIOUS AND HELPED ME AND I WOULD HAVE BEEN ON MY WAY IN 5 MINUTES. The line at this bank is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!
