“This organization has strong, empathetic leadership and is committed to its people. Many of the current managers have been with the company for over a decade (some over two decades!) and have enthusiastically worked their way up through the ranks. There is quite a bit of loyalty and camaraderie here and most seem to really enjoy their roles within the company and the community.As is true anywhere, there's always room to develop programs and make improvements but the company has shown a strong commitment to doing just that.
