I have been to Meimeke for about the last 3~4 times fur theitr advertised $20 basic oil change. I have never made an appointment because I was told they do not take appointments. I drove in because there were very cars. I was immediately told that if I had not made an appointment that it would cost me a green dollars more.
I asked that they check my battery. My car is a 2013 Fire Escape.
Of course I needed a replacement battery. I agreed to gave it replaced . Not totally understandind what the cost was.
The man behind the counter was very friendly until I declined the “extra” diagnostic of the cars ignition package that he strongly suggested..
Because I didn’t have a coupon the basic oil change cost me $30.
After the battery was changed ( which I had anticipated ) my total cost came to $482. That was for a basic oil change & a battery replacement.
Ridiculous! I definitely will not be going to Meineke ever again.

Straight piped my camaro ss.. left pipe shorter and crooked.. they scratched my diffuser didn't bother telling me. Plus the cost was double of what I feel it should have been. No stars.. won't go back..

Got my alinement and oil change done same day. I love that they now take pictures to let you know what is wrong with your car as well.

The only place to go, even if you have a coupon that's expired. Talk to them ahead of time and most of the time they will honor it. they do a good job and don't try to upsell you
They get you in and out on your scheduled time and very courteous
