Had a fantastic trip to the Anderson Menards. Chase, and Raylynn were absolutely fantastic with their customer service. And the two carryouts working Corey and Cannon were fantastic as well.

Absolutely mind blowing that a contractor can send someone in here with a material list and a SALESMAN would remove items from your list and tell your customer you don't need it and then you have your entire crew on a site and missing nails.

Last 2 times I've been here.I was attempted to be overcharged, gave in a third try, garden center closes early. And i'm unable to get the one thing I came for.
Forget it I am just gonna going to home depot exclusively

Menards likes to trick people and act like there A family owned company that's there for you for the person with a family. They like to pretend they have cheap prices. If you ever get a card from them, they will continue to block your payment. If you don't sign up for the automatic bill pay system. They will run your bill sky high with so many late fees. It will be impossible for you a normal person to catch up.
This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I eventually, Told myself I was not going to give them any more money because of the way they treated me, and they just ruined my credit all over 300 or 400 bucks that eventually turned into thousands of dollars. Because I would not sign a card up for automatic bill pay. I could drive up there all across town and pay just fine with the same card. If I schedule payment, they wouldn't take it out immediately. They would make you keep the money on there for 3 or 4 days. And then as soon as you spent the money, they would try to charge the account. And then make it a be a late fee, all because they want automatic bill pay, since they did me the way they did me. I did them the way I did them. I'm not going to pay a company that tries to hurt the little guy. They tried to say they are there to help. But what a lie that is. What a dumpster fire garbage business !!!! One of my top 2, worst companies of all time. Don't know who's worse, Tham or snap on and I'm a mechanic. I need tools. I was going to use my card to buy work tools toolboxes, other mechanic stuff. but they constantly was ripping me off. If you can't tell, I can't stand these people. And I could go on for hours about how bad they treat their customers. Please never get a card and go anywhere else you can other than here to buy anything !!!

Debbie in the garden center is very knowledgeable and customer service based. She went above and beyond to help with making a purchase that did not even include her department. Thank you for making our shopping experience at Menards enjoyful in a timely manner.

Today we came to get 50 pavers and , it was a job putting them on the cart but when we started pushing them it was very difficult, my ole man got no help from anyone, young employees were just walking around, or by . Upon getting outside to load the truck, a young man asked if he would like some help, his name was Trent and he showed me that good young men still do exist, he’s a great example of what you want in a employee and a human. Trent you are a Rock Star to me today!!! Thanks again

Great store. Plenty of friendly and helpful employees. I have noticed a large majority of the items they sell are at least fifteen to twenty percent cheaper than Lowes and sometimes even more and they have actual smiling cashiers and not the crazy self check out long line madness that Lowes replaced all of their cashiers with. I stopped going to Lowe's entirely several years ago due to the amount of money I have saved by shopping at Menards. Also same if not better quality items than Lowes has to offer.
No crazy reserved parking spaces for everyone and their uncle depending on what club they belong to so you can actually park right outside the building. lol.
The 11% cash back rebates is also a great way to save even more and the rebates come in handy for buying more merchandise in the future. They also have regular great deals on clearance items throughout the store.
I also enjoy the variety of items they offer from food to items for your pets.
Where else can you buy a sheet of plywood plus something for dinner under the same roof?
I love shopping here and the abundance of friendly and helpful employees make it that much better even though I almost always know where everything is located so I seldom have to ask anyone but nice to know they are always around compared to their competitor.

Normally, I Love this store but was disappointed when I tried to return 2 tubes of concrete sealant without a receipt. First I was told they didn't even carry it. I went and got one and showed them. Then I was told it was outdated which I didn't realize. Then on the way home, I realized they sold it to me outdated. I had not even moved into my house until August last year and it was dated 6/30/2024 as the expiration date. So...that sucked. It was about $14 total. Didn't even know this stuff had expiration dates. So check all your dates! Store credit would have worked for me but they weren't having it.

Today my husband was looking for an electric tiller. Ryan and Braden (not sure that name is right, but I think it is close) went out of their way to provide great service. Braden came out to help before my husband even asked for help. As far as my husband is concerned, this is the only place to shop.Great variety and prices. A special thank you to Mark who helped my husband get something off the top shelf.

Went to the store looking for paint. Being colorblind it's a struggle telling certain colors. Maura in the paint section was extremely helpful and informative in the color making process and what finish and grade of paint to use. She happily remixed a gallon for me after I changed my mind on the finish. Paint looks great and great customer service. Thanks again!
