Well, I LOVE Metro by T-Mobile itself, HOWEVER ...VICKI? she's horribly condescending & rude...I was on the phone with customer service, & THAT employee overheard VICKI talk down to me, like i was a 5 yr old! I'm sorry, but SHE is the reason I will NOT recommend Metro by T-Mobile to ANYONE, no matter if they paid me a million bucks to come back, but have to deal with only her. I'd lose out on a million bucks...but I'd have my self respect!

Anderson store is ok. Had to call customer service and get the price quoted in the store ?Customer service is VERY hard to understand due to the language barrier but hopefully my bill will be what they say ?

Manager Vicky is disrespectful to her customers. She has no knowledge to train her employees by telling them incorrect information. I was verbally abused. Corporate was notified. Lost all business from my family and friends!

Vickie the Sales Manager was the rudest and the most incompetent agent that I have ever encountered! I have not had service for 5 days on my phone and she rejected me flat without calling the customer service. I had to beg her for the store's phone to call the customer service. She told me that I have 5 minutes! I was happy to get help from the customer service and I smiled at her. She said that I was rude and she disconnected my call ! She kept talking Spanish and making gestures to her employee that she has humiliated me! She said you must buy a new phone! I am changing my career. Dont shop from Metro Pcs. Last year I had the same problem! We pay them monthly on autopay timely and they rip us off! No to Metro Pcs for poor service and horrible staff!! I rather pay $5 more and have reception on my phone all year around.

So now it is a REQUIREMENT to have a valid id to QUALIFY for normal promotions that are advertised. You no longer can come into the store and port over from another company without having to produce a driver's license or photo ID to see if you QUALIFY TO PORT OVER. No credit is ran. HOW EVER IF YOU ARE WANTING TO PORT OVER AND YOU DON'T QUALIFY YOU MUST PAY FULL PRICE FOR WHATEVER DEVICE YOU'RE GETTING. APPARENTLY THIS IS THE REQUIREMENT OF METRO PCS ON 6W 29TH STREET. MR. LOPEZ WILL NOT ALLOW ANY ACCOUNT TO BE CREATED OR PROMOTIONAL PRICE applied IF YOU DO NOT QUALIFY. SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY. NO ONE QUALIFES FOR WORLDWIDE AUTOMATIC PROMOS IF YOU'RE PORTING OR UPGRADING. I GUESS THE SITE STORE IS THAT HARD UP. THAT'S WHY THEY CAN'T KEEP GOOD WORKERS...

Charged us to activate a phone and I-PAD that cannot be used. Spoke to Vicky demo Northside indy, who told us she has no supervisor, only option we were offered was a refund of the taxes only, to close the account, buy new devices at regular price and pay to activate it. She continually interrupted us and would not allow us to speak. When I was able to talk she told me to quit making comments or leave the store. So I paid $185 to get 4 devices activated and 2 of them will not work. Very poor service. I will go elsewhere for phone service.
