Every experience I have had with this place has been nothing short of outstanding! I have had some really bad experiences with shops in the past but I do not have to worry about that at all with Mitch Smith. Their honor and integrity speaks for itself. I’ve been a customer of Mitch Smith since 2009+/- We were in the process of buying our daughter her 1st (used) vehicle and took the 1996 Ford Explorer to Mitch to check it out. It checked out fine and as we were leaving, Mitch turned to my daughter and said “if you ever have any problems with it and can’t get ahold of your Dad, call me” and handed her his business card. That culture seems to have been passed to the new crew and as long as I see, taste, hear and smell it(culture) I’m a customer!
