The service department sent me home with a broken camper.I explained that there was a leak somewhere behind the underbody cover. My camper was there for 12 days. They replaced the city water inlet fitting and told me it was fixed. When I got the camper home and hooked up the water line.... it still leaks. I can only assume they never looked for the leak beneath the trailer. This was my first experience with Bish's. I called the service department to report the issue as soon as I noticed. I'm still waiting for a return call.

This will be my second purchase from modern trailer Bish's RV. I took my new camper camping for the first time. Pump would not pump water. So first night no water. Saturday my son came up and we found two water lines kicked really bad. Fixed still no water. He found that they had not switched the valves from winter rising it to being used. When we did get it going we had to flush all the antifreeze out. There is no way they got my camper ready. We literally had to do it ourselves. Plus have water leak in shower. I have not set appointment up with them because I was to mad to call them to set appointment up. Be sure they have your camper ready for camping when you leave

This is the worst place! We bought our camper at Modern in 2021. We always had great service and no issues. I have called 3 times and finally got ahold of a person, 2 weeks later. I was told the forever warranty has gone from 160 to 249, I can not drop it off the night before and they refused to work with us to get it there without having to take time off work. There are so many other issues our friends have also had after this new owner took over. We will take somewhere else to get the warranty work done and will never buy from here again!! Do better and treat your modern customers like they are use to being treated!!

Not Happy with this new company! Paid 160 for warrenty forever last year to be told it would cost me 241.58 and to find out they dont have that program anymore. NOPE NOT HAPPY AT ALL. GUESS I NEED TO THINK ABOUT FINDING A NEW RV COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. MY ONLY REASON TO COME TO MODERN WAS I AM A DISABLED VETERAN AND THEY WORK WITH VETERANS.

GREAT EXPERENCE FROM START TO FINISH! Mark, Kirk, Eye Brows, the guy who did my walk through, the service person that installed the hitch, and the people at the counter were the best! Everyone I dealt with were top notch when it came to the purchase of an RV. It was worth the time and distance coming from Michigan to do business here!

Shane English was a wonderful salesmen, listening to what we wanted and our budget. He showed us all the available options in our budget and explained things in detail. He even helped entertain our toddler! Drew showed us all the features of our new camper and how everything worked. He was detailed and knew everything about the product. Aaron helped us pick out the finishing touches (hoses and things), he was very nice and answered all the questions we had as first time camper Owners. Several employees played with our toddler helping keep him happy. Overall, our experience at Bish was wonderful and we would highly recommend them for any of your camping needs.

Since Bish's bought Modern Trailer it's been downhill, unfortunately. I bought a camper with Warranty Forever from Modern Trailer about 3 years ago. It requires annual inspection/maintenance to keep the warranty going. Formerly, scheduling that was super easy. I could email service department and they'd tell me when to bring it in. I tried that this year, no reply. So, I just tried calling and was on hold for about 10 minutes and hung up. When I called Modern Trailer and asked for service a human picked up first ring. That's not the case with Bishs. It's the dreaded spider web of press 1 for this, 2 for that only to be left on hold with tortuous hold music and hear "your call is important to us. so important, we're going to leave you on hold until you hang up". Unfortunately, all the reasons I bought and still got service from Modern Trailer have succumbed to the large corporation cattle call it appears.

Little info on Modern Trailer Sales (Anderson, Indiana) being purchased by Bish's RV. Warranty Forever used to cost $169/yr. Now it's $199/yr. Bish's does not offer the Warranty Forever on new purchases. We actually looked at new 5th Wheel's today, considering upgrading from our 2019 Forest River Vibe 26RK to the FR Impression 270RK - not a single salesperson seemed interested in helping us, even though there are signs throughout about "grand opening", "we want your trade in", and "huge offers for trade ins". Three different sales people walked past us, only one bothered to speak - to tell us that they didn't do sales, just paperwork. Add to that...they charged us an additional $75 for "scrim tape" to (re)repair a previous underbelly repair that was completed, BY THEM, incorrectly - and that repair had been covered by warranty. Folks, the new owners obviously don't want our business, nor do they deserve our business.

Purchased a new travel trailer the last day modern trailers was in business. Have a leak in the new trailer, it's been over 6 days and numerous contact attempts and no one has contacted me back about getting this warranty issue fixed. i would recommend going somewhere else that will honor their warranty and actually reach out to you in a timely manner.

We loved Modern Trailer, but we don't have much good to say about Bish's not that it has purchased modern. First, we had to wait 10 days to have a phone visit with someone from Idaho. That person was nice, but he had to call the dealer in Anderson for us. He called back to say that Bish's would not cover any of the repairs needed on our one-year-old camper, a camper that we have treated well and that has a life-time warranty. The dealer didn't even offer to give us a price on what needed to be done or schedule us for any repairs. The only way that we can talk to Bish's is to drive the hour to their site, and then they cannot do anything for us. This is not at all like it was with Modern. We are very disappointed.

I recently purchased a 23 ft Wildwood. We had a few hiccups in ordering. Modern Trailer was wonderful fixing the hiccups and making things right. Shane R was great to work with and responsive to this first time owners concerns. Thank you for a great experience!

We bought our Keystone Springdale 2 years ago. We've had nothing but problems and can't seem to get things repaired properly. We're still having an issue from last year when we brought it in for the forever warranty that was never fixed. We had to take it to a different dealership to get something else fixed that they would not repair. I will never buy a Keystone again and probably not buy from here again either.

We were very satisfied with Shane and Mark. They wer professional and showed interest in making our experience with Modern Trailer Sales very positive. However, when dealing with Aaron in the parts department to utilize the day of sale coupon,he must have been having a bad day because he was not interested at all in helping us.

100% satisfied with the product, as well as the service received from the beginning to end of the buying process (and beyond)!We started looking for trailers in 2022, in anticipation of making a purchase for a summer 2023 adventure. From the first meeting with Shane English, and throughout all subsequent ones throughout our 8 month search, he continually provided us with a wealth of information to ensure we had the knowledge to make a fully informed decision that was right for us.What I appreciated the most was his selling style, meaning he was there to help and educate us versus being pushy and overbearing.
