My husband and I was in need of a new vehicle....So, we went to Ed Martin to "shop"/get info...when a sales rep by the name of Elijah approached us offering his help. By far THE best customer service we've ever received. He went beyond what he needed to, for us and we would not have bought that same day had it not been for his tremendous knowledge and help!! Dude needs a damn raise lol because I'm a HARD sell yet we drove off the lot in a new 2024 Equinox☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆10 stars out of 5 for Elijah & because of himSuZi Hess Taylor

We were met with a friendly, helpful and thorough salesman who answered our questions and gave us the information we needed, including a test drive, to make our decision. He spent a lot of time arranging delivery for the type and color of the vehicle we chose. He went above and beyond to make this a very happy experience.

Nate did a good job showing me the new vehicle and explaining all the price breakdowns. He was patient and understanding. The only thing that I was a bit unsatisfied about that day was the car issue that happened right after the car was taken for carwash and top-up. After all, I would still recommend the dealership because he and the manager stayed until 9 p.m. to ensure that my car issue was fixed and that all my questions were answered before driving my new vehicle home.

I did not ask for tire rotation but was charged for one. I had just purchased new tires one week earlier. I have a non-working headlight and backup light on my truck. I was told a check was performed, but obviously was not. The donuts were good but not worth the $15.00 I was charged for work I didn't want.

Took my car in for a toe link recall, and to have wheel bearing replaced. Dropped it off at 8am. They waited till 2:15 pm to call me and tell me my car was too dirty to work on. It's a work car. The repairs are outside the car. I wasted 6 hours waiting. When my wife called they were rude to her. I'll drive the extra miles to go somewhere else. I gave you 1 star because it made me.

Lisa was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough when showing me the features on the car. She offered drinks and donuts. She showed us where the restrooms, parts department and service areas are. She asked if I had any other questions of if she could be of any further assistance.

I was greeted with great courtesy and professionalism. I was directed to an area which provided a comfortable environment in which to wait. Coffee and snacks were available as well. The service (oil change, tire rotation and multi-point vehicle inspection) was completed in a very timely manner. When it was time to pay for my service, the process was addressed in a very helpful, timely and professional manner.

I have always gone to the Ed Martin Chevy/Cadillac location because the team there is always friendly and proactive. The experience at Autoworld was always poor. I decided to to give it a try again since it is now Ed Martin. Nothing has changed. The employees seem to be in bad moods. I was there for an oil change and asked about having a noise with my exhaust looked at while I was there. I was told they can try but may not have time. When they came out to tell me my oil change was done, no mention was made about whether they were able to assess “the noise”. When I asked about it, she replied that I would have to schedule another visit” and she didn’t offer to do that for me. The check out and payment process was great! Very friendly! As I walked through the service area to my car, three employees were there. No “thank you”, “goodbye “ or “did you want to schedule a time to have that issue looked at?”. The team at Ed Martin Chevy location have me spoiled! They are always very friendly with all customers and go beyond. Unfortunately, I will not go back to the Buick location.

Bought a truck 1 month ago and the starter already went out and they're charging us $1600 to fix it.We absolutely won't be back for our next vehicle.EDIT: they also blocked me on Facebook and that somehow removed my review on there. No attempt to make anything right. Poor business.

I recently had a bad experience with an Ed Martin dealership, and I wrote a negative review. Charles who is the General Manager at Ed Martin Buick GMC in Anderson reached out to me. We discovered that I gave the negative review for the wrong Ed Martin dealership. It was Ed Martin Jeep Dodge. Charles said even though it's not his dealership, he would look into this and get back with me. This is customer service at its finest! Thank you Charles!
