Called Nick’s Auto Service for the first time because I needed someone to have a second look at my vehicle after unsure opinions from other mechanics (I’m very particular).
I called and spoke with a lady by the name of Jennifer (super kind and honest). Told her my situation and she gave me her professional opinion and guided me through their services step by step.
Their prices are competitive and each member I spoke with was extremely patient and professional. I had my front struts replaced and was able to pick my car up within 24 hrs . My car drives like it’s brand new!
I plan to continue my business with them for future needs and would highly recommend based on my service experience.

100% recommend this place. They are knowledgeable, great diagnosticians, and are affordable. I'm 57 years old and have lived in 3 different states and haven't seen a shop that's as good as this. Works on all types of cars too.

When I first moved to Anderson which was almost 6 years ago I was skeptical about this place although it was right down the street and very convenient. I was still skeptical only because I’m the type of person I prefer to have one person and one person only work on my vehicles. Must I said I tried them and I have been going to them for literally EVERYTHING that has to do with my vehicles since. They are very trustworthy people who stands by their word and not only gets the job done for a buck but actually gets it done right for their customers. Everyone here is very nice and has excellent customer service and is really good at explaining things to u to make sure u have a good understanding of what’s going on! I can definitely say they will have me as a customer forever!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL THAT U DO, YOU ALL ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!

I needed my A/C worked on other places had tried to fix it. The Honda dealer has had it twice could not seem to get it fixed right I took it to Nick's. They were very nice explained everything courteous offered rides to and from and everything was fixed in a day and very reasonable in price, I will definitely be using them again. I recommend that you use them too.

I called Nick’s on my way home from work this past Wednesday to see about bringing my car in to assess a rattle I heard under the hood. Jim told me to bring it on over and within a very short period of time, my car was driven around and placed in the shop to locate the source. Figured out what it was, appointment was made to fix the issue and all within a matter of TWO DAYS, my car is ready to rock ‘n roll. I am AMAZED at the service and kindness here. 100% will be bringing my vehicle back for future needs and services. TAKE YOUR AUTOMOBILE HERE!!!!

I'm not from Anderson, so finding a trustworthy shop was stressful. After doing some research, I decided to go with Nick's. It took 2 trips to get my car fixed because so much was wrong. They were extremely fair, extremely friendly, and my 2009 HHR is driving like new. I still need a little more work done, and I'll be taking my business back to them.

This placed charged me $82. To change fog light bulbs on Chevy Cruze during oil change. This was less than a 10 minute job. Very profitable for them $500 per hour labor rate. Car was already on lift . They Got me on this job. I have done business here for several Years. But No more..
