Three times I went through register that had a cashier and 3 times my grocery cart locks up going out door. I have shopped here for years. Today was my last day. Harvest market will have my business going forward. Wow

The other night I bought some ground beef among a bunch of other groceries. I didn’t notice the ground beef was missing until I started cooking dinner about an hour after I left the store. I came back and told the first person there what happened they called the manager over their little walkie-talkie thing and suggested that I forgot it. This is ground beef here worth its weight in gold it was the only thing missing, and I would not have forgot it. Also, the response was come back tomorrow. Customer service is closed. So my only thought about this is that they don’t do customer service after 9 o’clock? This store does not practice customer service after 9 o’clock. I will never shop here again.

This is my main go to for groceries but the customer service literally sucks at the front desk and pharmacy! This is the 2nd time, today once again my husband and I were at the service desk to make a purchase and we had to wait for the clerk to have a half hour conversation with a customer while we and 4 other customers waited for 10 minutes or more for them to finish that had nothing to do with the store or work! The pharmacy on the other hand couldn't figure out why my prescription was called into another store even though I called the phone number on my prescription bottle which was their store. The pharmacy technician obviously didn't give a s***t ! I'm over with dealing with humans that don't care! Maybe some businesses should turn to robots! They could definitely get your prescription done in a reasonable amount of time! My husband said I was too nice!

Just started making supper after getting home from store and the Sargento Block Cheese was moldy and expired and the other block was multi colored looked wet inside wrap. Threw them out.

This location needs to have a major overhaul for there mangers. After the store cashier messed up and stole 105 dollars from my food card as a cancer patient I depend on this food ever month. After taking the money off the card . There was a cash balance of 8 dollars we payed that amount. Then they said that we owed 94 dollars. Long story short. They told us to leave and we did not receive our food. The mangers admitted that they didn't know what to do. Like you're a manger!..they stole from a cancer patient. That is down right wrong. This is a true story...further more after contacting customer service they also said they could do nothing. They can sure hunt them shoplifters down. They got all kinda support for that. But let's rip off the cancer patients because we can't invest in a common computer system that can get it right. Or manager's who actually care about the customer. I have spent alot of my money at this location. I see they are just a little bit off and it shows

Clean, good selection. Relies upon self-checkouts. Lines are long. Creates situation where there is no such thing as a "quick" stop to pick up a few items. Plan on wasting a lot of time waiting when shopping here.

The gentleman working the deli this afternoon was great. He was very kind and professional even when there was a long line. Being the only one working the deli, yet it was still efficient!

I love Payless Supermarket because they have the freshest produce and meats, a wide variety of items, and they are usually always well stocked and super clean. The staff are very kind and helpful, especially in the meat butchering area. They will try to accomodate your request to the best of their abilities always.

I wish stores would stop with all the different coupons. All this does it takes more time at the register. I need to buy a couple of brisket but I'm not wasting my time with the digital coupon. If you're willing to sell something at a certain price just do it. No coupons needed.

So you have a sales associate 'Ali' standing and glaring at everyone who goes through self checkout. It's her job to watch, I understand this, but the nasty attitude isn't necessary. We had an item that wasn't scanning as Buy one Get one free so we let her know. Rather than helping us she says we have to go to stand in line at customer service after to get it fixed. So now we're still standing in line 20 minutes later waiting to get out of here. The customer service rep also screamed at an old man across the store because she forgot to give him a second copy of a receipt. Instead of yelling at the elderly maybe go chase after him and politely let him know you made a mistake. She also yelled at a co-worker right in front us. So embarrassing to be degraded in front of customers.

Went in looking for some hair spray the other day because I was running real low, the only hair spray I had was from where I grew up. Thankfully Lucy, a helpful associate there was able to help me find some great hair spray that I found to work just as good as the stuff I had from back home. Thanks!
