We stopped by to look at a 2016 Explorer but we ended up buying a 2018 Explorer. Jake and Austin were great to work with. They were willing to work with us on getting the payment and price right so my wife could have the car she wanted! Next time we need a vehicle, Redwood will be our first call.

I would not do business with this place. They are not upfront and honest about anything get your car inspected prior to purchase from them and know what you are buying.

Oh were to begin….. So my husband drove from Franklin Indiana to look at this beautiful Ford that was advertised online. The only thing really wrong with it was tires. We tried to get them to come off the price ( we paid cash ) due to the condition of the tires. They wouldn’t and we were ok with that since the truck was a good deal. We took it for a drive and no issues at all. We purchased the vehicle, got on the interstate and the TPS sensor came on. We immediately turned around to have them address the issue. They explained that the TPS would go off once we put on new tires. We agreed and left. We got about 10min down the road and BOOM we blew a tire. They CLEARLY disconnected the battery and overfilled the tires to prevent the TPS from going off. We spent 200.00 for a flatbed tow to Sams club to have 4 new tires put on the truck. It’s pretty damn shameful that you were willing to risk the safety of your customer just for a sale.

My husband and I were shopping around for a new car. We looked around at other places and didn't see anything. I talked with Austin at Redwood. He was AWESOME! He had us approved for what we were looking at. But the payments wasn't in our budget. Austin showed us some cars that were in our budget, and he found us, our new car! 2015 Kia Soul. We drove home with it, the same day. We absolutely love it. We will definitely recommend Redwood Dealership to our friends.Thank you again Austin.Anthony and Annmarie Ostrokolowicz

Racist people. Them sales people are trash. Hung up the phone on me. The car I put in credit application, they sold it. Didn't even call or email to tell me status of application. Austin is a fraud. Terrible dealership. Beware if you're black

My wife and I picked up this beauty recently, and by far had the best experience in a dealership to this day. Austin was extremely helpful as was everyone else. Even after we made the purchase, they helped us with anything else we needed with the vehicle. This is the only place I’ve left a review without being asked or hinted towards doing, yet things went so well that I’m doing it out of my own appreciation to their services. I definitely recommend going here for an experience FAR better than all the big name dealers!

Sorry for the long review but there are so many things I want to say about this place, but the number one thing is, if you need a used vehicle please go to Redwood! I was coming to the end of a lease and wanted to buy a used car and get rid of a monthly payment. I had been to a few dealers in Indy because the prices were low, but the low prices were because they vehicles were sketchy. I saw the low prices at redwood and decided to head to Anderson expecting the same sketchy stuff cars. My first time walking in I had my kids with me, and as soon as we walked in someone came over and asked if my kids wanted to sit down and color while I looked at some cars. I knew right away this place was different. The car I came to see hadn’t been through service yet, but Austin took me to the garage and let me check it out while it was on the lift. He said he would call me once service was through, and even said sometimes during their inspection they decide it needs to much work and they just take parts off of it and that they wouldn’t sell it. A couple days later Austin called and said it looked good and they only had to do a few things to get it ready. I came in and took it for a test drive, and liked the car, but wanted my wife to check it out before purchasing. That night I checked all of the reviews about redwood, just to make sure this wasn’t all to good to be true. Honestly at the time I only saw a handful of negative reviews. Several were that cars were sold before the person could buy, which while inconvenient for the potential buyer I had to agree with redwood, that if they have a buyer purchasing right then they shouldn’t wait for someone who may or may not purchase. Then there was a review about someone and their 4 friends all buy and haven’t terrible experiences. Why would 5 people that all know each other go to the same “horrible” place? Then I looked at their other reviews they have left, every single one was a 1 star review for places through the U.S. so this seems like a fake. The last negative review I read is actually what made me decide to purchase here. It was a review about someone’s paperwork being messed up and causing delays. What I loved about it was Andrea’s response. She owned the mistake and apologized. People make mistakes but the fact that they went out of their way to acknowledge it made me feel like I wanted to do business with them. I purchased the car and have no regrets. Everyone there has been great and followed through with what they have said. I would buy from them again without hesitation. Thank you to everyone at Redwood.

This is a tricky car sales lot!! I didn’t get my title work till 3 months after! And the car had gave me so many problem before the title came then the engine went out I HATE This car sale people! I gave them 8,500 had the car for 3 months and the engine went out!’ And they kept lying about the title!! No Stars!

I hate leaving bad reviews for small businesses but this place is just awful. I recently purchased a car here. The salesperson was nice but very unorganized. He made numerous errors on the paperwork which ended up delaying my ability to get my car registered. Since there seems to be no communication within the dealership, the manager Andrea sent me emails acusing me of taking to long to register my car when it was actually her salesperson who delayed the process. She was unaware that the dealership is the caused the delays. On top of that, she kept sending me emails saying I needed to send my title info to my lender. I paid for the entire car with cash but she didn't even know that! If you buy a car from these guys be ready to do a lot of handholding.
