“Melric was helpful, but with all due respect, he needs to take English speech class to help with his very difficult to understand accent. Melric was very courteous and was able to check about my storage unit in Anderson, IN which is experiencing severe flooding.”

“The staff is the very best in my opinion. They are extremely friendly and very helpful if you have questions or need help with your unit. The storage area has constant surveillance and is extremely clean. The area has a tall iron fence around it and plenty of room to obtain your unit.”
“I would give Marvin 5 stars. He goes above and beyond to help make the sales people’s mistakes right.The guy that sold me the unit. Sold me the wrong (too small) of size and never told me that at any time they can raise the monthly rate to whatever they see fit. So for 2 months it’s $60 a month and the next it’s $107. Which will happen to you also. When it does call Marvin and he will do what he can to make it right. He is the ONLY reason I’m still renting from them. If he ever leaves then so will I!”

“The facility that I rented a unit from is pretty well kept the Price is Right and it's climate controlled but I will say this someone needs to repair the carts and they need a better system when you're moving stuff in it's difficult to go in and out the door but I'm satisfied and I really can't complain”
