I visited the speedway located at 38th&M.L.K. late Sunday earlier Monday for a couple specific different items one of which being to reload my PayPal. I get all my items and I head to the counter to complete my transaction only to find out that the woman CSR on duty that night had only been working there 3 days and had not had any training on how to do anything except the the basic things so she done her best to accommodate my request for the reloading of my PayPal. Upon the completion of my transaction I was not able to reload my PayPal. The CSR apologize for not being able to complete my transaction fully, I did not get upset with her for not being able to complete it for me it wasn't her fault. So I picked up my items and I exited the building and just before getting ready to pull from the parking lot the CSR exited the building and headed towards my direction to inform me that she thinks she may have figured out how to complete the PayPal reload but was not for certain and asked if I would like to come back in and try which I did. So this female CSR went out of her way to make for sure that I left the store with everything I had been originally coming to get, so that's what she done! Great Job! I was going to give 5 stars if not for the fact of poor management!

This location is not my first choice. It usually seems not as clean as the other locations and a lot more cluttered. Today I stopped in to get a drink and to get some donuts and they were all out of cups. Of course that happens. However, it doesn't happen that the clerk curses at the delivery truck to me as a customer. I don't think that's appropriate no matter what. Not great customer service. And is it a new thing but why do I always have to ask for my receipt?

Friendly staff and clean store. Nice selection of food and convenience store items. Very good gas. Speedway sells Marathon petroleum so you get premium fuel at a reduced price. Not sure who is registered as owner but Speedway's aren't owned by 7-11. Remove the response before and remove the person who replied as the owner!
