I would not even give them 1 star! Very rude and doesn't care about customer service! Went in for a phone card and the cashier didn't know how to do it, this was the 3ed speedway I went to, and when she asked her co worker for help, she had a very bad attitude. At that point I was like ok I'm over this, I'm in your store spending my money and you want to act like this, NOPE NEVER AGAIN! I hope they get the training they need!!!!!

The clerk on tonight 12/28/2024 was very rude. More interested in completing a door dash order than assisting the 3 customers at the register. The pumps don't allow you to pay at them and he closed the restrooms because he just finished cleaning them and didn't want them to get used. Don't go there

The methed out looking chick who was working refused to make a pizza even though I waited until nobody was in the store before even asking and this is still early in the day. She told me “the kitchen isn’t open”. Although I’ve never seen a kitchen, I suppose maybe there is some kitchen in the back I don’t know about? It’s possible I’m just hangry but I’m fairly certain that there isn’t a time of day that speedways “close” the “kitchen”…. I suppose I’ll stop there with my negative comment because I don’t like negativity myself however this definitely upsets me especially when I made a u-turn and backtracked to get a pizza…

I especially love their coffee. Speedway has everything I need and you earn points and spend them on whatever. It's pretty cool.

The customer service at this store sucks the manager with long blonde curly hair is very unprofessional and rude from now on I'm going to Get Go at least they have better customer service and don't have employees bringing their personal problems to work and taking it out on the customer they need to fire management and start all over I worked in customer service most of my life and not once did I bring my problems to work and take my frustration out on the customer because the customer is innocent they're just in the store to bug a few things not to be chastised and treated rudely

Everyone has been super nice in there until today, the older women running the cash register needs to watch how she talks to people. Not very nice at all.
