Today I stopped in this star bank to turn in my rolled coins. As I walked in all three women behind the counter just stared at me as I walked to the counter and did not say anything… as I sat my change on counter. I began to open the bag as the lady asked me if I even had an account with and rudely prompted me to JUST leave it all in the bag. The other women behind her just stood there and looked at me as if I was some sort of creature that had a clown hat on! Granted I just got off work, I did have scrubs on, but that doesn’t make it okay to treat me poorly. As the woman ripped the bag out of my hand and took off, which she went to go count. She comes back, gets me my cash, and tells me not to waste their time with rolling my change when I come back because they just have to UNROLL it all anyways. I had no idea. After almost 7 years of holding an account with them, I think it’s time to switch if this is how STAR banks teachers their employees customer service.

Great move when I switched over. Great hours love the late and early drive up times. As a business nice to have time in the morning to make sure payments go thru. Small business is often hard to keep up with collections and get to the bank on time. Also like that it’s easy to get with a banker when questions come up. During the pandemic star was on top of helping with federal funding and was there to do the correct paperwork when they needed submitted.

I had my identity stolen & a scammer wanted to connect me to my bank. I called Star & they put a note in my account to to alert anyone who might have my zip code & name. I love the fact that Star has so many facilities in my area, and I can access my accounts by phone.

Just wish your employees had better customer service. Miss sha. Man i ask how she is and rudly she says she fine ok juat trying to have a conversation. Smile more. Love the bank and employees.

Star Financial Bank has been my bank for over 20 years now.I've experienced FRAUD on my debit card several times and it's extremely unpleasant, but I rely on STAR, their customer service team, dispute center (which investigates very thoroughly the source of the fraudulent activity), and the tellers at each branch who are very knowledgeable in this area, to assist me in rescuing my funds from these criminals! The only downside to this process is that I have to wait 10 business days to get the refund, but STAR's diligence and excellence is an assurance to me that gives me confidence.I'd recommend Star to anyone looking for a quality, no fee checking account!Star has several types checking accounts and there's one for you!

Love the later evening hours at the kiosks! Love that mobile deposits get processed quickly. My old bank took 2 business days for a mobile deposit to get into my account.

I've been a Star Bank customer for 3 years I'm satisfied with the services they provide. The app is perfect for me to do any of the online banking needs I have. Overall in 3 years I haven't had a single issue arise.REALLY GREAT BANK TO BE WITH!!

Great bank! They will even count your change. Its free online with a small deposit.I have had several small fraud charges so be careful you aren't depending your money bc it takes them 14 days to refund it even when the lobby is full of ppl complaining and clearly the back was hacked. It wasn't a personal error. Besides lack of security which might happen at all banks, I'm not sureTighten up security or at least refund the money immediately when you are at fault. If I overdraw my bank account it's a $35 fee yet.. Double standards. I'd have 0 complaints if it wasn't for that, so I keep 2 accounts there just in case one is hacked

This branch has always been very helpful whenever I need assist with. Employees there is my favorite people to go to. Very pleasant and always ready to help me. Drive through ATM is terrific cuz of my deafness. It always allows me to communicate with teller easily with video and text. Awesome! I missed your long hours open through ATM with teller. Excellent service. ❤️

Have always been treated fairly with respect and the people there have been pleasant and humble toward all of my situations that have occurred. Been with them several years now and they take great concern about fraudulent transactions and I believe that has been a very important thing in today's world. Very informative about trends and other issues with the banking industry. My go to for answers when it comes to banking.

Lovestar Bank the catch any and every fraudulent transaction on my debit card. Along with having helpful great employees also 24-hour banking with a live person at their ATM! This is by far my favorite Bank I've ever used.
