Update: the last gate code that I was given had an extra number in it, so now I have my proper number and was able to access my unit.
Buying the unit online was easy but I’ve been given about half a dozen different gate codes and none of them will open the gate. Customer service has been really nice and they were eventually able to remotely open the gate for me Friday, but it doesn’t really matter because I still can’t access the storage unit I’m paying for. I’m hoping this gets resolved quickly.

They sell you units to be 10 by 10 but they really are 8 by 8 .and when you call you get customer service from elsewhere otherwise They are clean

The lady I spoke to and rented the unit from at the Madison Ave. location was wonderful. She was friendly, explained everything well and unlocked our unit (across town) quickly. Great service and pricing°

If I could give a zero star I would. We had our lock on my mother's unit, they put their lock on it, saying we didn't have one on it. Then called the cops as we were clearing g it out saying we were stealing. Never even tried to call my mom, refused to hear that she is 80 yrs old. And said she was the manager when she wasn't. They lie and steal property. We have all the video of it all and cops saying she was over dramatic about it without speaking with the owner of the unit. How could we know the passcode for the property and code for our unit if we didn't have a right to be there. Wanna see the crazy lady lie on video

Jayde was extremely thorough and helpful, answered any questions I had and included useful information. We kept getting interrupted but she remained calm and professional the entire time. Very happy with this choice for a storage unit.
