I had to check on a mortgage refund from changing insurance companies. I never received it yet. I spoke with Katie and she stop payed the original check and I told her my bank had closed the branches close by. She said she would have it deposited in my bank account instead of a check which was a great help. She was very professional and caring.

We accidentally missed a premium payment and the policy lapsed. Allstate was kind enough to reinstate the policy, however, would not reinstate the safe driving discount even though we have not had a single claim or traffic violation in 43 years. It takes three years to get this discount back. This resulted in a significant increase in our premiums.
