Just wanted to put a spot light on one of the employees! Lewis Shell was on his way to work and saw I was on the side of the road. My tire completely shredded and he stopped to make sure I was ok and helped me get the tire off! Thankful for great people that are still around.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Doug at Stoots Freightliner when my tractor ac compressor went out. Dougs expertise and customer service were outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the issue and effectively got the new compressor installed. What really impressed me was his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything was running perfectly before I hit the road again. Thanks to Doug! I was back on schedule in no time and staying cool! I highly recommend him for anyone needing truck repairs.

Beware truckers. Only bring your truck here if you want to waste your time and be scammed out of tons of money. Stop here only if absolutely positively necessary. For beginners, they told us they could get us in right away, but then came back shortly after and said we would have to wait until morning. Since our truck was derating we had no choice but to go to the shop despite reading bad reviews. Morning comes and they begin diagnosing the truck. We find out what they thought was wrong, they show an initial estimate, and they worked on the issue. After putting a part on that costed over $1,000, they told us that they couldn’t figure out why the truck didn’t come out of derate. They told us they needed more time to diagnose and reach out to CSC. We asked them would an update work and they insisted it wouldn’t. After waiting hours and hours, night shift comes and return our truck as if it were completed. We were told that we could sleep in it for the night because it wasn’t done. The next day rolls around and we are still waiting on any communication on what’s going on with the truck. So we reached out to corporate to express our grievances and expedite the situation. After finally getting a solution to the problem, they were told that an update was needed. Which we told them the day before. We wasted a lot of time here on a simple fix. Mechanics are young and by the book and find trouble thinking outside the scope of the book.
Night shift foreman Torey is very nonchalant and attitudinal. As a frustrated customer all you want is answers and solutions. They fail to give you that here. Furthermore, our bill was given to us with charges over $1,000 that didn’t belong. Was also charged for the core instead of it coming out of the part. Be sure to check your billing because they try to get over on it very slyly. If you confront them about it, they will become hostile or play delusional. Beware of this scam stoops. Worst freightliner I’ve ever been to.
2 stars because at least the problem was finally fixed. Even though we were overcharged and had to lose 3 days otr.

Truck was down for 11 days. We tried to to tell them what was wrong but they failed to listen. They finally fixed what we told them was wrong and guess what IT FIXED THE PROBLEM.

Came in needing a new thermostat on my Cascadia. Service desk was very nice and as they checked me in they were very honest that it was probably going to be the next day before they could get to me as they were very busy. They got me in the next afternoon and had the job done in 3.5hrs. I greatly appreciate their hardwork and honesty.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Please stay clear of this damn place at all means if you can ! Dropped off My 2025 Freightliner truck 1/29 at 11am for AC issues and the fan kicking in and out in the truck constantly. Told them everything that was wrong with the truck and to test drive it to see the issues . Service advisor Doug advised me they will start working on it about 3/4pm, cool. Called to check on the truck at 7pm 1/29 they said they looked at it and nothing is wrong with it. I advised them again to get the truck up to temperature, go on a test drive if it’s been sitting and look at the issues again because I wouldn’t have brought it up there if everything was working perfectly . Guy said he would have the morning guys do it the next day, really ? I said cool. (Mind you they close at midnight ) . I Called again at 7am 1/30 inquiring of the truck status , Doug said they will look at the truck again . I told him take the truck out on a drive and the issue will present itself as I originally told you guys to do. He said okay. At 11am I called again to check to see what the status is ( oh it still hasn’t been on a road test yet . Mind you 24 hours later at this time. Said it will go around 1pm and they should be calling me by 2pm . I waited till 4:30pm and went up there myself. Found my truck sitting outside in the lot not even in the bay. Asked the service advisor there on 2nd shift what’s the update and was recording the conversation. He said the truck came back from the road test and the technician found the issues I explained to them originally but can’t do anything about it ! Are you freaking serious? As pissed off as I was I asked them for my truck back and left there . What a time wasted. Even the service advisor told me that’s not normal for a brand new 2025 truck to be doing that and to take it else where to have the AC looked it and the fan .Even with all that they still charged me for diagnostic fee of $567 without fixing the damn issue . Please stay clear away of this damn dealership if you can !

The truck sales department is completely unprofessional. I think they are not interested in selling trucks. I’ve called at least seven or eight times and left voice messages, but no one has called me back. I was a serious customer, ready to buy a truck 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
