I tried to speak with someone on the phone about getting a storage unit (not sure who she was but she was rude as heck) I’m trying to move and get my belongings in a safe place and no one seems to want to help me. Do better! I will try and find a different place for my stuff now.

Pretty neat storage facility. I've had some hiccups with the kiosk system but it's a nice no contact feature that makes managing storage quick and easy.

My stuff got wet and molded and to talk to someone here you can't reach them they never answer a call. So how can we turn something in if they don't answer are calls at all. I have called this anderson location for 3 days nothing. Then I go in there and waiting 10 mins Noone answered there. If I lose my stuff you all will pay for my damages when I had insurance threw you all something should of been done

Storage of America is an AMAZING place for storage! It's secure, clean, and the employees are truly special. Pricing is fair and the management truly cares about the renters. Laura, the manager, makes this space extra special with her authentic and personable disposition. I've been renting a space for storage for 3 1/2 years now and have always been grateful for finding this awesome place!
