I spent a total of 5 hours on black Friday troubleshooting the internet, I had to swap out the device twice, and was told that the devices they had are very old and won't work so they would have to mail me one. The customer service representative in person were nice over the phone is awful, but I completely wasted 5 hours still no internet and calling in for help is unrealistically hard and expect hold time up to an hour each time. I would not recommend ever using tmobile. Hope this helps someone from making the same mistakes I did.

Rude, incompetent Mgr told me I would need the acct holder in order to get my new phone. So I arrange for my Dad to go out sometime and do this. Well my Dad goes out there attempting to get me squared away. But instead still fumes about his experience in the store, the same Mgr told him that they don't usually waste their time in the stores on such things and that he WOULD NEED TO CALL T-MOBILE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE INSTEAD. I still don't have my Voicemail properly set up nor did they manage to transfer my old data to my new phone (as the girl told me, the Wi-Fi in the store is mainly for the units on the wall). Terrible store, Terrible leadership...will drive to Muncie now instead!!

Poor customer service one rep talking to customer the other one just standing and listening to their conversation. When asked for assistance, replied will get back in sometime very rudely..

Buffet was great. Tons of people but the staff was able to keep up. Never ran out.

I needed internet service that worked in a rural area. This works great! It provides service for all the devices in our home. Now I can watch anything I want when I want it. Thanks Landon for the advice!!!!

I'm very surprised at how much I really love and appreciate TMobile service and their store. Bryton always takes the time to make sure I leave the store happy and satisfied. They treat you like a friend that popped by to say hi and buy a phone. I would highly recommend T-Mobile, especially visiting the Anderson location

The store employee are great. However, these Wi-Fi gateways are absolute garbage. I’ve had it for two weeks now. Multiple drops a day. Multiple freezes/slows a day. Multiple rebooting a day. I can get a Wi-Fi signal on the iPhone with a 3 times quicker download speed than an Ethernet to the tv. ?. The only reason I went T Mobile is I cut the cord with xfinity forever and I don’t regret that. I do however regret this T-Mobile gateway. Pure GARBAGE! Unfortunately Verizon is full in my area. My hands are tied. But save yourself a multiple times a day headache……DO NOT USE T-MOBILE WI-FI GATEWAYS.

Mitch the Mngr was great! My friend I went in with was in a bad mood when he didn't hear what he wanted to hear. He turned to walk out but Mitch stopped him and had him smiling and cutting up in no time. He got us new phones,chargers, cases,a face protector for my friends and wireless internet boxes and all set up. Took some time but he got it done was very pleasant helpful and showed actions of knowing what he was doing. The store was very busy there was only 3 employees. On Fri they really need more help. Poor Mitch was stoved up and stiff and had not eaten. Need more employees like him.

Ever since T-Mobile took over Sprint it has been a mess. Will definitely be looking at other carriers. And if you need to pay with cash they refuse to give change.

I just moved to Anderson in December, having problems with my iPhone 11 went to T-Mobile here in Anderson and had the absolutely the most enjoyable time Mitch was extremely helpful. It’s rare you get a manager or employee, of a retail store to be honest about their products, but Mitch was totally honest and explained everything so that I and my 82 yr old Mother could understand. Was able to get new iPhone 13 - case screen protector and charger I also was able to know almost $20 off my phone Bill. I have been a customer of Sprint in Virginia for 12 years and dreaded going to the store Mitch made my spending my money easy and cost effective. I own my iPhone 13 and knocked few $ off my cell billThank You Mitch and the employees at t-mobile Anderson, made my experience an absolute joy.
